HERE IS THE INSTRUCTION on how to use them
Remove pore strip from inner pouch. Wash face and leave nose wet. Remove strip from backing & dampen smooth side of pore strip. Apply damp side of pore strip to nose and press down for contact. Leave to dry for 10-15 minutes, carefully remove from edges and peel off.
Use strip immediately once opened. Do not use on any other areas of the face or body and do not use on broken skin. Do not use pore strips more than 3 times in any one week. Remove strip promptly when stiff, if difficult to remove do not pull, re-wet and gently peel off. Keep out of reach of children.

Inside the packet, there is about three strips which are individually seals. The nose packet in "paste" on a plastic and it easy to peal them off and paste it on the nose. The nose pack is in form of soft paper and it will turn hard once it dry up. Then peel them of. Since i don't have much problem with blackheads, i tried it on my family members.
So here is the results. I am not using my nose as my blackheads is not that obvious on my lousy camera.
Removing the peel was really easy and not painful at all. I can see those blackheads on it. Not showing the peel with the blackheads on cause it will gross you out. It does help remove those blackheads but not whiteheads. I guess it is hard to remove whiteheads.
