Some people has insurance that covers orthodontist so check with your insurance provider.
If you are under 18years old, you can get it with the government . See a dentist in the public hospital and get refered. You usually have to wait for 1-3years.
Some universities or military clinics also offers braces.
Standard braces
The cheapest braces at private is RM5k- RM12k for standard braces.
Clinics will have payment plans so do ask.
Initial payment of RM400 to RM4k
Subsequent payment of RM150 above
My self ligating braces cost RM7k to RM12k.
The price of braces doesn't include extra aparatus, teeth mold, retainer, ortho kits, teeth extraction, x-rays, medicine of painkiller/antibiotics, other teeth treatments (filling, scalling, polishing, rubber bands, etc).
If you loose or break your brackets then you need to pay for it.

Saltwater contains minerals, such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium that can help with skin condition such as eczema and psoriasis since it has antibacterial properties.

It does contain fragrances and lavender oil niacinamide are good for brightening and oil control.
Texture: The thin sheet mask is soft and fit my face very well. The new fit has the forehead length increased and cheeks reduce in length. The watery liquid absorbs into my skin well without stickiness. I could wear it for 25minutes before it starts drying up. It has faint scent of powdery floral that disappeared after I removed the mask. Review: It is hydrating and makes my face soft. It does plump up my face, temporary reduce fine lines and makes my skin looks brighter. It is a good mask to use before makeup for more long lasting makeup. Since it contains vitamin E, it does help with anti aging if used often (weekly) . Overall:A good gentle hydrating sheet mask with sea water.

Retinal 300ppm + Bakuchiol 10,000ppm This night cream improves pore appearance and skin texture while providing moisturization. It is a hypoallergenic & treatment night cream that sticks to your face while sleeping. During sleep, your skin's blood flow increases and the organ rebuilds collagen and repairs damage from UV Exposure, reducing wrinkles and age spots that lead to the enhancement of your skin repairing.
How to use: Apply 1 or 2 pumps of the Vitamin A-mazing Night Cream after the serum step. Check your skin’s reaction to the product by using a small amount. Bakuchiol 10,000ppm is a vegan skincare ingredient from leaves and seeds of the Psoralea corylifolia plant which is a really good antioxidant and soothing effect on skin.
It has Retinal 300ppm which is more effective than retinol. Vitamin A is a really good anti aging ingredients and for stimulate collagen production in skin making skin looks younger.
The rest the ingredients are for hydration, emulsifier, texture, and preservatives.
Texture: It has this soft bright yellow cream that absorb into the skin with some patting. It has some sort of sharp wood scent which luckily disappeared fast.
Review: I use it at night everyday on my fine lines and it does help to reduce the severity of the lines. It is gentle, hydrating, no dryness and does not irritate my skin. It does make my skin looks brighter, pores look smaller and skin looks smooth after using it for a month. It does speed up healing and reduce acne scars pigmentation. It also calm my skin, build healthy skin and is good to help with stimulating skin.
Overall: A gentle effective anti aging cream for every skin type.
