HOW TO GET A SLIM BODY WITH NO EXERCISE

Hi beautiful people,

Today I am going to share how I actually get a slim body with no exercise.   My face doesn't match my body though.  No bikini photo - NSFW later.

Maintaining low weight is hard especially I love food.

Anyway, these slimming methods are my mum's.  Guarantee sure work.  I am living proof this diet works.

Get a hardcore mom.  

If she cooks too much and made you eat eat eat, time to think again.  Worst if you are the trash bin.  That is how you cannot seem to just slim down.  She just make you eat eat and then condemn that you are fat.

Eat food you hate the most

Time to say goodbye to your favourite food or food you like to eat.  Of course no processed food.  Sayonara to fried chicken, steak, Mcdonald burgers, cheese, nuggets and all the cakes.  Say hello to 1kg of spinach, bittergourd, brocolli, salad and all the vegetables in the world everyday.  Fruits are not vegetables okay since they are sweet and contain sugar.  Secret to getting slim is torture.

Eat 5 times per day

I eat 5 times of what I hate to eat-vegetables and spinach so that I become weak.  

That is how I stay faithful with my love KFC.  I only can see him once a month.  Dull food just like my life.  stew, steamed, boiled.  Fishes, eggs and vegetables are in every meals.  Also I don't eat after 8pm.

Have family members that eat like dinosaurs

Just now I said to get new mom, now you get family members that eat like dinosaurs.  Stingy mum that cooks very little, you can only eat a little.  Forget rice, rice made you wide.

Have a fixed time to eat

Yoyo eat time, body going yoyo too.  There is no need for a schedule so just eat whenever you feel like it.  Confuse your stomach so that you can store more fats inside your body.  Don't forget to eat all the potato chips that you want.  More fats yo for world end.

Lastly bonus -secret food item

What my mum made me drink after I just eat one fried chicken.

Granny Smith apple with the pulp.  No sugar or whatever.  Guarantee to make you lose all that fried chicken out of your system.

If you are allergic to apple then go for bittergourd. No sugar okay.

TIPS FOR LOSING WEIGHT WITHOUT STARVATION

It is a common thing to hear people going on diet to achieve that 'S' body or that 'hourglass' body.  I will not recommend anyone to go on that one food diet and juice cleanse. I had tried it resulting in me being hungry all the time and I gained 2kg right the moment I started eating.
There are many losing weight ways out there which I find ridiculous and absolutely not going to work.  Some will even cause serious side effects. However, I shall not go on and on since I guess you might have different opinions on what works.

However, I think everyone just want to lose weight to look healthy and not skinny.

I think the trend of diet now is to have those healthy looking body. While many wanted to achieve that kind of body, not many are willing to do exercise for it. So in order to reduce weight, most will modify their food intake or go for surgery.


Here are few tips on gaining a healthy body.


Be realistic

No matter how much you starve yourself it is going to work because your bones structure is like that. So, be real on how much you can lose to stay healthy. If you already can see bones and already fainting few times per day, you are not supposed to lose more than that. So check your body built first.

Our body grow cell fats if you eat too much food containing sugar, carbs and not good fats but it will only shrink when you lose fats.  It means the cells has the potential to grow bigger if you do not care about your food intake.  So do not grow more fats cells by eating too much of those kind of food.


Be patient
Everything takes time; it is not a one day thing. The same goes for the reason you gain weight. Have a healthy diet and lifestyle. Check what’s your recommended calories intake is. Everyone is different depending on your lifestyle and body mass. So, do not try those celebrities’ diets just because this people look gorgeous with their "S" or hourglass body. There is no fast track.


Word of caution, losing weight too fast can cause you to have stretch marks and flabby skin so don't lose it too fast.  Nothing good comes from a roller coaster meals and lifestyle.




Be natural

What I mean here is eating natural food compare to those pills and diet drinks. I prefer natural method which is eating real stuff. Chewing on real vegetables, fishes and carbohydrates are way better than eating sugar laden drinks. It is slow but it works and the effect last long. It is also good to cultivate good eating habits than relying on those unproven methods.

When you are eating outside, please check for the hidden sugar, carbohydrates and trans fats. It is usually hidden in many of the so called “healthy food”-salad, fishes, sauces, desserts and diet drinks.


I did calculate my food calories daily and I don’t eat more than my recommended intake. That is the reason for maintaining weight. I do eat desserts, cakes and fried stuff but that is once a week and not daily. Don’t feel guilty because one meal of dessert is not going to make you fat. Just remember not to go overboard with your counting calories.



However, if you are going to do exercise heavily that day, do eat more. Don’t fix yourself to only one calories intake or should I say don't starve yourself because nothing good comes from starving yourself. It will only result in you gaining more fat after that.

The mask is quite fragile so be careful not to tear it with your fingernails.  The mask is in  between the two plastic and make sure the one with the pattern " / / /" should be facing the inside of your face.  The empty smooth one should be on the outside.

It is really comfortable to use the mask and one can felt asleep with the mask.  It does adhere to the skin better and doesn't dry as fast as paper sheet masks do.

From the photos you can see that I was having serious breakouts because I went camping and thus the bad skin.

I felt that the mask sure help to calm and heal my acne faster.  My face is sure more calm, less redness and more moisturise after using this mask at night.  This snail gel mask is really a nice item to use especially in the summer or humid weather when everything seems to clog the skin.  This snail won't clog the skin, it heals the skin and prevent from scaring.  Definitely suggested for acne prone and sensitive skin.

One can use it for a instant 'perk me up' mask before applying makeup to look your best.

FOOD:HOTTEOK RECIPE (KOREAN PANCAKE)

My dear readers,

Just made this Korean pancake for breakfast because I am bore with the usual pancake I have.

This is a Korean pancake.  You can change the filling according to your preference.
I just change a little by adding the sausages on top of the pancake for fun. I like adding a little meat. *hahahaha*


Korean Hotteok has sweet fillings such as brown sugar or honey and is eaten during winter.  It is one of the street food but well you can always make it at home yourself =) .  It is actually easy and not difficult at all.

Dough:
1 cups of wheat flour

1/2 cup water

milk (you can add a little milk powder if you are not allergic to it)

1tbs sugar

1 tbs yeast
1.  Mix the water, milk (you can add a little milk powder if you are not allergic to it), sugar, yeast together.  Stir well.
2,  Add in the wheat flour or you can use all purpose flour and mix it.
3.  Let it seat for about 1/2 hour and then knead it a little.
4. Leave for another 10 minutes.



Fillings:
two leaves of cabbages cut into strips
1/2 carrots strips
2 stick of sausages cut into the circles shape

You can create your own fillings.  I am health conscious so the traditional fillings as brown sugar or cheese is too high in calories for me so I decided to just use vegetables.

1. Mix all the vegetables together.  You can either mix the sausages together or leave it aside.


Make the Hotteok:
1.  Just knead the dough together again and then make it into 4 balls.
2. Then just take the ball and put the fillings in the centre. Then knead it into a ball.
Okay, here I cheated because I am lousy in kneading it into a ball so I actually separate the balls into two. Then put the fillings in between the two dough and sealed the side. *embarrassed*
3.  Then heat the pan and cooked the hotteok.  Press on the hotteok and turn to another side when the bottom become golden brown.
4.  Serve it hot.


I think it is good for tea or for breakfast.  Try it yourself at home.

VIEWS: STRANGE FOOD FOR BEAUTY

After watching this Korean beauty show about exotic food for beauty, I was inspired and decided to discuss the kind of food Asians or in my country people actually eat for beauty.

I mean it would be interesting to show what kind of food that people here eat and some always swear that is the secret to their flawless beauty. Please take it with a pinch of salt because I personally tried many of it and truth to say eating that alone without using skincare products or healthy lifestyle is sure not going to make your skin flawless.

1. chicken butt
I am sure where this comes from but many people swear by eating the chicken butt, one face can be flawless and smooth.  I don't know but the friend who told me about eating the chicken butt has super soft and smooth skin.  She said she only use water to wash her face???? Okay. I tried it and it didn't work on me. It only helped to increase the size of boobs and my waist too!  Lucky the effect was temporary because I sure do not want increase in waist line.  I don't know where goes wrong but I heard there is a method to eat the chicken butt to get the best out of it.

2. chillies

This is my mum's" method" of having flawless skin.  To her, the spicier the chillies the better.  Her theory is the chillies kills all the acne bacteria.  She can't eat her rice without chillies in soya sauce everyday.  Her skin doesn't have such problem like I do.  Too bad, I just can't stand her level of spiciness and maybe that is the reason my skin is having the acne problem.  I don't know if it is true but my family members who love spicy food don't have such problem except me. I can't help but break out in sweat every time I have to dip my meals with spicy curry.  Not to mentioned my lips swell in size which is not a good thing to look at.

3. sea horse soup
Sea horse is to said having a lot of collagen and cleanses the blood well which leads to making one's  skin flawless.  Personally, I think it didn't help much because I was just relying on it alone and it was cruel of me to drink such cute creatures up. =(  I mean I personally feel that way but you can try if you really want. I since stop eating or drinking such thing already.


4. Sting ray
This is one of the Korean exotic food for beauty which they happens to eat it fresh. It smells like toilet or ammonia so can't be eating it in 'sashimi' form.  I rather throw it away! Here, it is common for people to eat it in form of "asam pedas" meaning cooked in lots of chillies and Garcinia atroviridis to get rid of that stinky smell.  I don't know about the effect on skin but it is good for those who likes sour and spiciness.



5. chicken feet

This is also my favourite and I think it is common for people to eat it here.  Some people cook in soup but Chinese will cook it black making it has the dark brown colour.  It taste like chicken wings but of course with a lot of bones.  There is the collagen in there and it is good for the skin since there is no fats at all in the chicken feet.  Well, collagen minus the fat right!  Double good for the skin!


6. Sharks
No, not shark fins.  It is cruel to just eat the shark fins.  We decided to eat the whole shark into the stomach.   It is not easy to clean the black colour shark and the whole house will stink of fish.  It is said to cleanses the blood and the skin from toxic.  I am not sure how true it is but it taste good to me. I like it with lots of dry chillies and onions.  It is not the same shark as the one people eat for shark fins and by the way, I don't eat shark fins.

7. Pig trotter 
*non-halal* (not for the muslims)   .  Many non muslims eat it because it contains high level of collagen.  Expensive though to eat it weekly.  The amount of time and the effort to cook it are also enormous which makes it becomes a rare thing.  Usually the one cooked in black vinegar, black beans and ginger.

The toner has ticker texture than water and has gelish texture.  The red beads will break and disappeared after application on the face so do not worry about looking like some cartoon characters with beads on the face after applying this toner. It has a light fragrance which disappear after a while.

After using it for a month, I think it does help with the moisture level of my skin and in firming my skin.  Although I don't have a V shape because of the structure of my bones, my skin is not sagging.  Overall it is not bad and it will suit those looking for anti aging and to hydrate the skin.
