REVIEW ON RMK LIQUID FOUNDATION&RMK MAKEUP BASE

I got this from the sampling events and here it is.  There is actually 5 colour of makeup base and the one I got was 00 which is no colour.  It add a translucent veil on the skin.  The makeup base glide easily onto the skin.  Of course being colourless, it doesn't cover pimples' scars.  It has watery texture which make it easy to apply even with just fingers.  The skin is moist and prepare for foundation.

The foundation I get is 101 which is in the lightest shade.  The colour fits my skin just like second skin and also watery.  The foundation lasted the whole day without caking up or drying on my cheeks area when use together with the makeup base.  True to its claims, the foundation is oil control as my T-zone area did not turn greasy after few hours.  However, I find it quite drying if just use alone on my combination skin.  The coverage is natural and matte on my skin.  As for covering pores and uneven skin tones, I can't say anything since I don't have such problems.  The foundation texture is watery, light on the skin.  I need to apply a few layers to cover up my redness.  If I only apply a layer, I would need the concealer to cover my scars.

Healthy Homes

A cooker that uses sustainable energy and is able to cook varieties of healthy food but do not impede the taste. Busy woman can just put the cooking ingredients according to healthy recipe provided by the cooker and the cooker would do the rest such as cutting, washing and cooking. A cooker that would even be able to count the calories, add in special needs of family members such as allergies and even detect the condition of ingredients (fresh, spoilt or poison).

I choose healthy home because I believe that would benefit the health of our community. Health is gold and it can’t be bought with money. Healthy people are generally happier and lead a fulfill life and thus contribute more to the performance of a country. Besides that not to mention the amount of money that one can save from the medical fee.

I think cultivating good eating habits should be important but due to busy lifestyle or due to lack of knowledge, most parents are unable to provide healthy food for the children. The unhealthy lifestyle combined with adopting unhealthy eating habits would lead to health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure or death later. According to research, one would generally go for healthy snacks if they already adopt it since young. So, I think that having a cooker that will do all the cooking using sustainable energy such as water or sunlight would help most busy woman in general to provide healthy food for the children.

Children that are healthy will tend to be happier and adopt healthy eating habits in their life. It would also save the country from spending billions on healthcare and focus that on improving education or the economy. Not to mention the amount of money healthy citizen can contribute to the country.

Well, I always hope that a magic tool like this would come true one day.

Ingredients: NUXE Gel Démaquillant Fondant Melting Cleansing Gel gently cleanses and removes make-up (Coconut derivative) without drying out the skin (Macadamia Oil). Skin is soothed and softened (Damascena Rose Petal Floral Water, Allantoin).

Nuxe is known for the Huile Prodiguise and natural products.  I was quite excited to try this as I do like Nuxe products and am wondering about this fondant melting cleansing gel.  The cleansing gel smell like mixture of jasmine with rose so if you do like rose, chances is you would like this.

The texture is just like a fondant and it doesn’t lather at all.  I tried to lather it up on my hands but it doesn't work that way.  In the end, I would just wet my face, put the fondant directly on my face, massage it 5 rounds  and rinse it off.

It is effective in cleaning non waterproof makeup.  As for thick makeup or waterproof one, i need to do double cleansing or clean twice using this cleanser to effectively remove all.  The cleanser doesn’t dry out my skin so I think this must be more useful for those with dry skin.

STAY AWAY FROM CANCER BY DANCING!

Dance your way to a cancer-free life
There are many types of dance, be it either the free-style hip-hop dance or the classic ballroom dance, you can’t go wrong. Having two left legs or two right legs isn’t an excuse, no one is born with ballet shoes on, and you don’t need to be a professional dancer to start dancing!

Why should I start dancing?
Let’s start counting the benefits of dancing, and I can assure you that there are more than one of them! First of all, dancing increases your muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness. At the same time, it reduces the risks of osteoporosis while increasing your aerobic fitness.

Secondly, dancing improves the condition of your heart and lungs. In other words, it reduces the risks of heart attack and stroke.

Last but not least, be prepared to say goodbye to the fat in your body once you start dancing, as it is one of the most effective ways to burn the fat and lose weight. Not to mention that recent researches show that frequent dancing makes us smarter, apart from being more confident and sociable. It is so hard to believe that, apart from chess and scrabble, this vigorous exercise can heighten our IQ too!

Take it one step at a time, and take it slow
If you are a beginner in dancing, don’t push yourself too hard. Take it one step at a time, and make sure you get breaks in between the dance sessions. Please don’t forget to do warm-up stretches and cool-down exercises before and after each dance session. Water is essential to prevent dehydration after sports, so take your tumbler with you to your dancing classes!

It actually very watery

The essence is quite watery and opaque but when you apply it to the skin, it gets absorb quite fast leaving behind a silky skin.  After one week of using it, it does brighten up my skin.  I think it will work faster to lighten the stubborn dark spot if you use it with other brightening products.

Although it is a drugstore products, it does work as claimed.  The essence is to apply all over the face so do not do spot treat or you will get one patch of area that is brighter than the other area!

However, if you have acne prone skin, don't use any whitening/brightening products.

I am really thankful to get contacted to try this Total Image apple stem cell drink =) .It is a new product that is made from rare type of Swiss apple. This is my first time of trying beauty drink =) .

The Apple stem cell drink tasted sweet and juicy. There is a hint of salmon roe and also lychee but it doesn’t make it taste bad or nausea. Of course, it will taste better if chilled.

I was on a week of diet that is high in chicken, meat but low in vegetables and no fruits so I was having constipation and my skin was wrecking havoc on me.  I was so happy that Apple Stem Cell drink appeared at the right time and help me to ease my problem. Surprisingly when I am on this, I don’t have any constipation problem at all. I know it must be the help from this cell drink since few day before I started drinking Total Image Apple Stem, I was having constipation and my face started to break out =(   .  Although it is not mention in their leaflet, I think this drink contains fiber that is really good for lazy people like me or when you are busy.  This Total Image Apple Stem Cell drink help to enhance the effect of the skincare products that you use.  The combination of proper supplement like drinking beauty drink, healthy lifestyle, proper skincare products and also food will be shown on your skin.

On the 10th day, my skin was less oilier and more moist.  The effect is not immediate of course but I can notice the effect starting from the 10days of consuming it.  It must because this drink help to nourish and help with the renewal of my skin =) . Sorry for my very big eye bags since it is genetics.

This smell really nice and moisturising.  Absorb fast into the skin too.  I think it is good for those who has fine lines as it moisturize the area.

REVIEW ON DERMEDEX

I got this in the October Wonderbox 2013 and I had read lots of rave about this products.

Personally, I don’t really like it as it seems to break me out even more.  It is different compare to me using Differin that will cause purging effect.  This is not suppose to cause purging effect.  I thought it was just me alone but the moment I stop using, the acne stop popping out too. +(  I think I am allergic to one of the ingredients inside.

I tried the cleanser both ways. One is to rub it on the wet since and wash it away after 15minutes.  The second method is to use as overnight mask.  It broke me out so I was quite upset since I have high hopes that it will work.

The only nice thing I can say about it the cleanser give me the cooling effects on my skin.  It will tingle if you have broken skin.  I guess this is not suitable for sensitive skin like me.

The refining cream smell like some strong Chinese oil and I don’t like the smell.  It does decrease the acne problems I have but after a week some pop out so I was kind of upset.

Overall, won’t try it again.

I think my favourites for battling acne is still the aspirin mask, Differin, Nixoderm and T3 Mycin.

The packet is so cute with Princess picture of those fairy tales story on it.

The mask is really thin so one have to be careful when taking it out.  There is a lot of extra essence inside but it is good since this mask doesn't drip.  It made my face felt refresh.  The mask is stretchable but the only thing I dislike is the mask is way too big for my face.  I have a small face so that is why there is always extras.  The hole of the eyes is also way too big considering my eyes are small.  I don't really like the fit but the effect of mask are really good.

The Lady Gines A Cinderella Transforming (Advanced Anti-Acne) contains high niaminicide and it calm my skin much like how clindamycin would do on my skin.  I think it is good for those acne prone skin and it is not drying on the skin.

Lady Gines Black Swan Becomes White (Advanced Whitening) Mask contains high hyaluronic acid and olive oil so it is moisturising and brightening at the same time.  It also contain niaminicide but the quantity is lower than Lady Gines A Cinderella Transforming to calm the skin.  My face redden is reduce, brighter and also moisturise after using this.=)

REVIEW ON THE FACE SHOP BABY FACE WASH OFF MASK PORE CARE

I love to use mask especially the one for pore care, trouble care and clearing.

So, here is the 5ml sample.  The sample last me about 2 application since one only need to apply a little.  I am suppose to just massage this on my face and wash it off.  I don't have to leave this on the face or it can be very drying since clay mask are known for sucking up all those oil on the face.  So, if you have dry skin, better don't leave this mask on the face.

The mask is soft and greenish in colour.
It find it easy to apply the clay mask on the face.  Application was smooth and the mask did make the skin soft to the touch.  It was also easy to wash it off and it doesn't stain the towel.  The clay mask did smell like talc but nothing flowery or fancy.

So, overall I think I would buy this product again since the clay mask make my skin soft to the touch. =)

REVIEW ON OCTOBER WONDERBOX 2013

Since my birthday is coming soon next month, I just decided to get myself a box and it is Wonderbox. Sorry, I just did it on a whim and not even thinking about it. I know many would go for Bag of Love. Let just say I never get Wonderbox before and so decided to get it.

I know many complained about the unequal the amount of products. So according to them, they follow the profile so am sure on this. However, if plus the price of products, I think it is still more than RM 45 for the box and I don’t think anyone would like receiving the same Dermedex and Loreal Liese again in this box.

Since this is the first time I receive the box, I don’t received what others said as 'repeated' products.  The box is simple and lucky the ribbon is pink in colour as I dislike black and white ribbon actually.

I read some blog raving about this and some said that it is unsuitable for acne prone, combination and sensitive skin like mine. I think it is more suitable for those oily acne prone skins rather than my type.  However, will try it and see if it works better than T3 Mycin.

It does help in brightening but one need to use few times before seeing the effect. The brightening overnight mask already dried up before I can use it so nevermind.  This is a Malaysian brand and the prices are quite affordable.

The shampoo does smell nice and clean my hair making it soft but I only use once a week since my hair is the oily type and it get greasy real fast if I use it everyday.



RA8 Renewal Skin Crème 5g(my guess looking at that jar)

Not much is said about this product and the effects.  Read somewhere that is made from some seaweed.  Wow, it sure sound like La Mer.




Overall, this box is quite good for first time since it contains many products for them to try it out. There is mixture of products around.  Just that that there isn't many high class brand inside and I am sure most would expect that with that amount of price.
