The truth is we aged the moment we are born but the capabilities of the cells deteriorates faster once we reach 25 years old and above. Upon that time, most will notice that scars don't heal as fast as when they are in their teens. So, starting from 25 years old, we have to add anti ageing skincare products into our skincare regime for the fear of fine lines forming on the face. No one wants to age faster than they do.
However, those whose age are in between 25 – 35 does not have the same skin structures as those who are 40-50 years old so using the wrong skincare products can harm and cause more problems.
So, here are some tips to look out for choosing anti ageing products if you fall in between 20-35 years old.
1. Choose a moisturizer that is light
It is still necessary to use moisturizer but it is absolutely not necessary to jump immediately to those heavy duty kind of cream because it can clog the pores. So, use a moisturizer than is most suitable for your kind of skin type.

2. Look for ingredients for such as retinol, vitamin C, peptide or snails
Adding ingredients that contains antioxidant or ingredients that can help heal the skin are really necessary to kick start the cells' ability to heal damage and replace the dead cells to have fresh new skin. Besides, these ingredients are already well known for their capabilities.
Currently, in Korea it is the horse oil ingredient but I haven't try any of them yet so I don't know what is the long term effect of using one.

3. Start using a serum/ampoule/ essence
If you have not start using serum, it is time to add it into the skin regime as serum/ampoule/essence can really help in boosting the capabilities of the skin to renew. Not to mention that serum or ampoule penetrate faster into the skin and give faster effect than moisturizer.
This does not mean that you should use three serums at once. Find one you like best and use for an amount of time to reap the benefits.

4. Use a light eye cream
I was told that I have to start using eye cream once I hit 25 years old. Yes, prevention is better than cure. The eyes area are delicate so it take even more time to heal the damage once it is done. So, look for one that is light and penetrate fast to avoid milia seed.
5. Use a sunscreen or sunblock
This is a no brainer. The sun age the skin fast so try to avoid the harmful ray especially in the afternoon because it sure can age the skin fast. Use protection or sunscreen to help block of the light. However, using sunscreen is no passport to be out in the sun the whole day. The amount of spf can only last maximum about 2hours and then one need to reapply. Besides, one need to apply the sunscreen 1hour earlier before the product is able to ward off the UVB and UVA lights. Using makeup with spf doesn't mean you are well protected so do use sunscreen. It is a long term investment for your skin.

6. Do not over exfoliate your skin
Do not over used all those scrubs and peeling gels just because the skin dead cells accumulate more on the skin surface. It might just irritate the skin more and cause more harm. Use gentle peeling gel or peels once a week because it helps to renew the skin. Over enthusiasm can just cause very red skin, sensitivity or more breakouts. If you are already using ingredients such as retinol or vitamin C can exfoliate the skin, then you won't need peeling gels or scrubs.

I hope the the skin tips here is useful for starting your anti ageing skincare regime. You absolutely do not have to use whatever I am using because I haven't get to try everything. It is not recommended to keep changing skincare too often as it can really hurt your skin. Besides, your skin preference and mine might be different too. I like everything light and my skin is combination now.
