How to use:
1. After cleansing, using the embossing side of the pad to gently wipe all over the entire face from inner to outer along skin texture.

The rest the ingredients are for hydration and preservatives. 

Sodium lactate is the sodium salt of lactic acid to helps hydrate the skin.

Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate Filtrate is a probiotic ingredient with soothing and anti-aging properties. It is produced by Lactobacillus bulgaricus cells which is normally resides in intestinal tract and also found in Swiss cheese and yogurt.

Vincetoxicum Atratum (Swallowwort)Root Extract is an astringent which shrinks pores, tone, cleanse the skin and also has antibacterial properties to fight off acne-causing bacteria. 

Texture: It has ph3.5 - 4.5.  There are two sides of the pad.  One is embossed for light exfoliation and one is smooth.  There isn't really any scent to it.

Review: It is very gentle and lightly exfoliate my skin.  I use it three times per week and it makes my skin really smooth and soft.  My pores look smaller and I breakout less.  I think it does help to prevent acne since I have lesser acne and my skin just looks brighter too.  It helps to build skin barrier without heavy on my combination oily skin with probiotic.  Probiotic is good to build healthy skin barrier without being harsh on the skin.

Overall: It is a good probiotic clear pad for acne prone sensitive skin and people living in hot humid weather.

Texture: A thick gel type of shampoo.  It has opaque greenish blue colour that lathers well into bubbles with water.  It has very strong scent of men' cologne. pH of 5-6 on my ph strip.

Review: One only need a small amount of shampoo as it does bubble up easily.   It isn't drying or make my hair feels like It does feel cooling on my scalp.  This shampoo does keep my scalp clean and clear off dandruff.  Some people use it on their face as fungal acne cleanser but I can't stand the strong scent that lingers on my scalp which lasted for 2days. 

Overall: A simple shampoo for people having dandruff and fungal problems.

Texture: It has light scent of some fresh clothes.  The sheet mask is of medium thickness that adheres to my face. Clear watery essence.

Review: I was able to wear it for 45minutes since it has extra essence.  The mask does fit onto my face and it does have wider fit.  It does brighten my face and hydrate my skin for makeup.

Overall: It is an affordable sheet masks for hydration.

Packaging: It has very beautiful purple packaging with that truffle picture which just made me curious that I have to buy it to try.

Review: When I opened the bag, the scent immediately hit me and also dispersed after a few seconds.  I am not sure how real truffles tasted so I can only described my inexperienced taste of it.  The chips has earthy scent with a hint of synthetic smell.  It is crunchy, thin and taste just like how Lay's potato chips are.

Overall: It is pretty good new flavour potato chip.

It became popular for being suitable for acne prone and oily skin type.

I still use beauty oil although I don't really go all the way to try all the oils out there as I did few years ago.

As for fungal-acne safe (malassezia), I can't really give you a definite answer.  Anything derived from olive oil isn't actually fungal safe.

Squalane is a moisturizing ingredient that has omega fatty acids and antioxidants which is similar to skin sebum so it is a good ingredient to use if you have dry skin.

Texture: It doesn’t have much scent of it other than scent of slight ‘oil’ which disappeared after 5minutes. The oil is light but not the watery light type.  I rub the oil for few seconds.  It does absorbs but takes about 15minutes to not have that oil film on the skin.

Review: I have combination acne prone skin with fungal acne that can relapse so take this review with grains of salt.  I tried using it on my face for two weeks but I think I got clogged pores.  I use it on my body and it really help with moisiturising my body.  I apply Timeless squalane on my hand to keeps the dryness away and avoid my skin from peeling.

Overall: It is very affordable squalane oil and light moisturiser for body and any skin type.

GHOST STORY IN MALAYSIA

Hello I am Yue Rain and today’s story is about a haunted school.

There are so many stories about haunting in school since land is expensive so most public schools in Asia are built on burial grounds or next to graveyards.

Just like you don’t like to eat vegetables, most students hate extra curiccular activities in school.

Unlike some youtubers that did that for fame, Asian students absolutely do not want to meet other beings unless it is their Hololive waifus. 

Still, some students will suck it up just for the extra curricular marks because Asian parents are just terrifying.

To start the story, a group of hardworking students had to stay overnight in the school.  Of course it has to be on a full moon for that extra creepiness.

Too bad nothing happens on the first day despite some girls were shaking like leaves from the stories they heard from their seniors.

On the second day, after a full day of academic activities (no hunting wild animals), it was time to sleep.  Just when everyone is still sleeping, there just have to be one person that can't hold their bladder and must go to the bathroom knowing that you get the exclusive view of mass graveyard and potentially meeting one or maybe a few transparent specters.

Just have to be brave and wing it right? So, on this A went to the bathroom cubicle, about to unbotton,  strong wind blew in and some gust of white wind flew by.

She immediately dash out from the cubicle screaming "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"  and then passed out. A haven't even get to see anything 18SG rated yet.

A woke up, asked if anyone heard her screaming because she didn' remember anything.  

What do you mean?

You are the only one sleeping snorring away while everyone else could not get any winks because of the coldness at night.

Citrus Tangerina Extract is 1,000ppm which is actually gentle for skin but offer gentle exfoliation.

There is also Ethyl ascorbic ether which is an excellent derivative of ascorbic acid since it is very stable in chemical structure and works on the skin.

It does have essential oil which can be irritating to some people.  As for me I don't have problem with essential oil.

Some of the plant ingredients such as turmeric, neem oil are actually really good for getting rid of fungal acne skin.

Most of the ingredients are for brightening but there are also some hydrating ingredients such as urea, alantoin, glycerin

Texture: The toner pad has an embossed side and a soft smooth side.  It has faint scent of citrus.

Review: I use it twice per week as gentle exfoliation and at night.  It works to brighten my skin in the long run (2 weeks and above), even out my skin, keeps my skin clear and reduces breakouts.  I love the scent and the covenience of using it without spilling my actives in bottles.  It is also easy to carry it around during travelling.

Overall: It is a great exfoliating toner that is fungal safe for acne prone skin that does not have sensitivity to essential oil.

HOW TO COOK CHICKEN SOUP

Here is an easy chicken soup to cook that is really delicious.  I use the Yew Chian Hwa Herba Soup Daging Kao Kao (Yew Chian Hwa Herbal Soup meat strong enough) for my chicken soup.

This packet of herbs are also suitable for vegetarians.

My mum was asking if I will get free packets of this Yew Chian Hwa which she only buys and being loyal. I told her buy with my own money 😂

1kg chicken, 12 bowls of water (3Litre), 2 whole garlic with skin

2.  Then add in garlic and chicken. Reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is tender. Lastly add in          the sauce.
3.  Add a little white wine to increase the deliciousness of the soup.

Instructions: (Mine)
1kg chicken, 12 bowls of water (3Litre)
1.  Boil the water.

2.  Add in Yew Chian Hwa Herba Soup daging kao kao ingredients. I only use the loose herbs.  I don't use the sauce (in transparent packet, brown sauce) and don't use the powder packet.

3.  Put in the chicken.

4.  Use low heat and simmer until the meat is soft. (about 1-2hours).
