As for the ingredients I don't know much about makeup so can't talk much about it.
Texture: The doe applicator is easy to apply and is soft. I do like the velvet smooth texture and the pigment.
Review: I find that the pigment is strong and soft. It doesn't dry my lips and keep my lips soft throughout the day. The colour doesn't really look like rose on me probably because of the colour on my lips already. It looks more like brown on me actually. It does transfer if I just apply it and go. To make it last like a tint, I do need to bloat and then reapply it back. Then it still transfer to cup. The colour doesn't fade thoughout the day provided I don't eat.
Overall: Nice soft texture pigmented colour but not really transferproof unlike other of their tints.
