This ampoule contains Houttuynia Cordata Extract effective in soothing acne instead of water and 15% Propolis with powerful antioxidant effects. The product improves acne and sensitive skin through powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects and immune system enhancement.

Usage:
1) After cleansing, prep the skin with the toner.
2) Dispense 3-4 drops of the ampoule and spread over the face.
3) Finish with the moisturizer.

Packaging: It comes in a dropper dark glass bottle.  There are ingredients listed on the box in English and in Korean.

Ingredients: No Artificial Colors, Oils or Fragrances. No Animal Testing.  Paraben free, sulfate free, alcohol free, silicone free, Eu allergen free. fungal-acne safe

 (malassezia) .  It has pH5.6 which is nearest your skin pH.

Houttuynia Cordata Extract is used as the main ingredient.  It is also known as Heatleaf and seems to be a very popular ingredients in skincare products for acne.  It has antiflammatory effect, soothe skin, control sebum, refine pores and reduce infection.  
It is a medicinal and edible herb with an aromatic smell that has long been used in Asia to treat pneumonia.

The star ingredient is propolis which second ingredient and is 15% inside the bottle.  Both ingredients are good to calm the skin, reduce inflammation caused by acne and protect the skin as form of antioxidant.

Other ingredients as hyaluronic acid, panthenol, betaine and glycerin are good for light hydration of combination skin.  I like the turmeric extract which is really great for reducing acne on the skin.

Zinc PCA is salt of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid which control acne, reduce the sebum inside your pores.

Texture: It has slight yellowish clear watery liquid with slight viscosity that absorbs into my skin fast.  I think the older version was thicker compare to this new version which is light liquid that absorbs fast into my skin without any stickiness.  There isn't any strong scent.  On my very close olfactory contact with liquid, is has medicinal Houttuynia Cordata with faint sweet honey that doesn't last more than few seconds on my face.

Review: It calms my acne prone skin, reduce the irritation and reduce sebum production on my skin.  My skin looks better in the morning after using it 3days.  Since I also have problem with fungal acne and maskne, it helps to clear my skin.  It is also fungal safe.  Compare to the Quad Boosting essence from the same line, this ampoule is more effective on my skin.

Overall: It is a great ampoule for people dealing with acne, maskne or have hormonal acne issue.  It is also fungal safe and suitable for most skin type.  I really enjoy using this ampoule and will get this again 😄 .

Review on this box:  This box is great for people with sensitive skin.  I actually really like the I'M from Mugwort Essence for my sensitve skin.  It is gentle and fungal safe.  Klairs midnight blue calming cream is nice as a moisturiser.  Using the skin shield patch is good to avoid picking on the skin and causing infection to it.  As for the I'M from Honey Mask, it just smells absolutely like honey and it is great for dry acne prone skin.  Use compressed sheet masks for masking with hydrating water that cools the skin and a huge bottle of this is just worth it.

KOREAN SKINCARE PRODUCTS FOR ACNE PRONE SKIN

Here is my Korean skincare products for acne prone skin.

I actually haven't wrote about my skincare routine some time.  So here an update of the products that I use for I think few years.  Sorry because I keep testing new products and I feel that it makes me looks like I have new routine every month.  Also, I keep waiting for that perfect skincare products to share until I just end up forgeting.

I am a skincare slut so I can never be loyal to just one skincare routine forever.  There is always something that I feel can be better or more interesting out there.

Korean skincare products for acne prone skin

Anyway, here are some of the products that I am currently using and some are repeated favourite back from 5years ago.  Few months from now, you will probably see me reviewing some other products because I am a skincare hoe and can't get stuck to the same one cleanser, one moisturiser and one sunscreen out there.  

Some may be repeated favourite few years down the line while some will probably fade off.

Oh, before that I am going to be 30++ this year.  I have combination skin type.  My skin problems are acne prone, redness, pores, blackheads, fungal acne and ageing skin problem.  I also have leftover pits from acne.  

I am currently not a fan of going for accutance, facials, pills, tretinoin or laser.  I mean it is alright and good if you do.  It is just my personal opinions since I don't have much money for procedures.

Please do check the ingredients of the products since some people are highly adamant about not using alcohols, parabens or certain ingredients in their skincare products.

All products here are fungal safe except the sunscreen and the Timeless.

The website: it is really easy to navigate the website and look at the all the products.  There are also translation for products reviews.  You can also gain points by reviewing products that you can use later to offset the purchases in the future.

 

Review: There are tracking for the shipping and it is pretty fast coming to my country.  I received it very once it is shipped out.  I don't have any mistakes for my parcel but for some people they can return it.  I am not sure about the process.

I got all my products in good condition so I am happy.

There are many products in their website and if you dig long enough, there are many unique low price products that you can get from there.  Do check up the reviews especially for the clothing and accessories section because the size varies.  Some of the earings are sold in one only and not in a pair.  The measurement can be off especially if the clothes come from China.  M is actually S.

60g Sugar

180g Self raising Flour

EASY SALTED EGG YOLK COOKIES RECIPE

Ingredients:

4 Salted eggs

180g Self raising Flour

20g corn flour

60g Sugar (can be icing, granulated or soft)

100 melted butter (120g if you want those very loose type)

For garnishing

1 egg white

appropriate amount of sesame seed

Instructions:

1.Clean and steamed the salted egg yolk for 15minutes.

2. Sieve the self raising flour with corn flour.

3. Put melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix.
4. Then add (  self raising flour with corn flour).  Mix well with a whisk.⁣
⁣5. Break the salted egg yolk and mix it into the flour.
6. Put the dough on the parchment paper, flatten the surface.

7. Put inside the fridge for 30minutes.

8. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.⁣

9.Take it out from the fridge.

10. Cut it into shapes you like.

11.Apply some egg white and sesame seeds.

12.Bake in an oven at 170 ° C for 20 to 30 minutes.⁣ (adjust according to your oven)
13. Wait until it is cool and you're done!⁣

As for the ingredients I don't know much about makeup so can't talk much about it.

Texture: The doe applicator is easy to apply and is soft.  I do like the velvet smooth texture and the pigment.

Review:  I find that the pigment is strong and soft.  It doesn't dry my lips and keep my lips soft throughout the day.  The colour doesn't really look like rose on me probably because of the colour on my lips already.  It looks more like brown on me actually.  It does transfer if I just apply it and go.  To make it last like a tint, I do need to bloat and then reapply it back.  Then it still transfer to cup.  The colour doesn't fade thoughout the day provided I don't eat. 

Overall: Nice soft texture pigmented colour but not really transferproof unlike other of their tints.
