Hi,
Today is a review on this Troiareuke Acsen A+ cushion which is a very popular hyped Korean brand at the moment.  I got this in a lucky draw with no obligation to review it.  I have to count my blessing since I never won any lucky draw and a nobody to get noticed by brands 😶 .

Thank to Beauty in Hanguk which is a beauty box that you can be as picky as possible for the items you want and not want in your box with specific tier of payment.

So, this is not 'millions layers coated sugar' review and also not 'trash it to the garbage truck' review.  People can say all sort of things about my blog when obviously they do not read my reviews at all.

MK universal is very popular for the Troipeel which use micro herbal to treat skin disorder.  Their Troiareuke products are popular because it is 99% skincare and 1% make-up.

To be honest with you, this is a product that I wanted to try but the price seriously make me balked😵.  With that kind of price, I seriously expect it to do wonders.

Troiareuke Acsen A+ cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ is made for for acne and sensitive combination skin to provides coverage, light texture and perfect sebum control after their ever popular Troipeel skin resurfacing procedure.

There is no refill available and this cushion is for NC23 to NC25 so it is a bit darker for me. Troiareuke Acsen A+ cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ has the light baby powder scent which is similar with the scent from the Andlab sun cushion that I have.  There are made from the same place which explain the scent and the similar cushion design.  There is an extra cushion puff for hygiene purposes.

• Titanium Dioxide is the second ingredients that are use as sunscreen ingredient in cosmetics. It protects skin from UVA and UVB radiation.

• Cyclohexasiloxane is actually a type of silicone which gives a silky & slippery feeling to the touch and acts a mild water repellent by forming a protective barrier on the skin.

• Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate , Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Zinc oxide and Octocrylene are used in sunscreens and other cosmetics to protect from skin damage.

• C12-15 Alkyl benzoate vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer,  PEG-10 Dimethicone and Quaternium-18 Bentonite are texture enhancer are used as an emollient and texture enhancing agent.

Troiareuke Acsen A+ cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ is 99% skincare and 1% ONLY if you count the sunscreen ingredients which sit on top of the ingredient list as skincare. The few beneficial plant ingredients(tea tree water, calendula and Centella asiatica powder) that is use to treat acne all sit at the lower end of the ingredients list making this sound more like a sunscreen suitable for acne prone skin right after skincare procedure.

As for sleeping with this Troiareuke Acsen A+, I can tell you it is fine if you accidentally sleep with your sunscreen once or twice but I can't vouch for your skin if you do that continuously for 2 months.  Now so many people are talking about sunscreen clogged the pores and causing acne if not remove.

Troiareuke Acsen A+ cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ is a water based cushion which is recommended for acne prone skin. There isn't much product in the cushion actually since it is for people after aesthetic procedure which is around 2 weeks. It will last 4 weeks if you use very thin layer and have small face.

The colour is for NC23 to NC25. It does look a bit darker on me since I am Korean shades 22 (there is no such colour in most Korean makeup actually).
Troiareuke Acsen A+ cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ doesn't settle into my fine lines and lasted for about 6 hours before oil appears on my T-zone which is the oilier part of my face.  It is moisturising, not drying and is able to cover any redness of my skin.  It doesn't oxidise throughout the day. I have been using it for about a week and it okay to me. It doesn't cause acne but it doesn't clear up my acne or scars.  It is water resistant but not rubproof so don't touch your face and rub hard.

There you have it, Troiareuke Acsen A+ cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ is sunscreen with coverage ability for acne prone skin after some aesthetic procedure at skin clinic or at the dermatologist when you cannot go out looking like one 'walking tomato head' 🍅  and offers skin protection.

Just don't expect it to clear your acne or do something wonderful to your cystic acne. I don't think this could replace serum/essence/ampoule, toner, moisturizer or cleanser. It could replace sunscreen ( if you count that as skincare) but is not skincare items like serum, moisturiser or toner for sure.

Overall, Troiareuke Acsen A+ cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ is great if you have the money to spend, if most sunscreen or foundation break you out, need it for covering redness after procedure in skin clinic, for sunscreen coverage and have acne prone skin.  It is not for treating or getting rid of acne.

Swanicoco A. C control care emulsion is a line made for trouble skin which means acne prone skin type. I was mostly interested in this A.C line from Swanicoco because ... Yes, you got me. I have acne prone skin much to my dismay when I already over 30 years old.  Here, I thought that I will be over that pimply rebellious phase so that I can use whatever on my face and will not break out from it.  Nope, fat hopes.  I still do breakout whenever I have dairy, whenever I am in stress or just when my skin feels like it.

So, when I was lucky enough to try Swanicoco which is a popular brand in Korea itself, I was really excited about it.  I had review the Swanicoco A.C control tea tree essence and Swanicoco A.C control care skin toner separately.

Swanicoco A. C control care emulsion has a really nice pretty packaging with well thought design to keep the products intact even during shipping.  The heavy transparent glass bottle has a pump which I like. It is just that it is heavy during travel so one probably have to decant into smaller plastic bottle.

The ingredients list is longer than the Swanicoco A.C Control toner and also the A.C Control essence which I have been using along for my skincare routine. It also has similar ingredients with the toner and essence.  The other ingredients added are for added hydration and for the moisturising effect.  Still do check the ingredeints list because some people do not really work well with the Cetearyl Olivate/Sorbitan Olivate (olive oil), jojoba oil, sodium hyaluronate or the vitamin E.  There is ceramide 3 which is actually great to moisturise the skin and is not in the toner and essence.  My skin do like the plant ingredients such as neem, grapefruit, Scutellaria Baicalensis, peony and soybean ferment. The second ingredient Zinc Sulfate is one of my favourite ingredients that help with healing acne.  The main ingredients is tea tree leaf water which is gentle to the skin.


Swanicoco A. C control care emulsion is an opaque white light lotion which goes on really smooth and absorb without stickness really fast even in place that has high humidity. It has slight tea tree smell but the smell disappeared fast as well.  It is enough to moisturise the skin on the oily area of my face but I do need to use more on my other drier areas.  If you have dry skin, then this might be too light.  It didn't clog my skin and won't mess with your makeup if you use one since it doesn't have silicone in it. I don't think using this alone will make your acne disappeared since it is just a moisturiser.

Overall, Swanicoco A. C control care emulsion is a nice light moisturiser for acne prone, combination or oily skin type and for those that do not have problem with any of the above ingredients.

This year I have been lucky to be able to try out so many beauty products and the weirder the products, the more interested I am in.  I was excited when I saw the word 'magic' and with magic it better be good if not magically turning me into some mermaid 😂 .

Just like the Wecomed magic makeup remover which I had reviewed, Wecomed Magic Water has the same mist nozzle which is easy to use and secure. The mist came out really fine as it does not leave traces of water on my face 😍

The bottle design is just the colour that light and it represent water which is the first ingredients inside the mist.

Wecomed Magic Water does not contains paraben and are made from natural ingredients.

I think the interesting ingredients which does not contain just water but other dryness and calming ingredients such as snail, green tea, rosemary,hyaluronic acid and other plant ingredients. Do check out the ingredient list that I provide above 😊

I place the Wecomed Magic Water in room temperature of 35 celcius and when I used it to mist my face, the mist came out feeling cooling and the feeling does last a few minutes compare to just using water which disappeared upon contact with skin.  It does immediately provide relief to reduce the heat and redness on my face.  I use it to spray it a few times to hydrate my skin and when I am so tired and busy that I just couldn't go through the 6 steps of my skincare routine.

It doesn't clogged my skin and doesn't really have any noticeable scent to it since there is no fragrance in it.  Having it in a mist form is really convenient as the mist doesn't disrupt my makeup or needs me to touch my face with my dirty fingers.

Overall, Wecomed Magic Water is certainly not magic but it is magic when your skin is irritated and the first emergency product could be using this Wecomed Magic Water to cool down your skin and prevent further itchness and skin irritation.

Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask has a beautiful heavy glass jar so make sure not to drop it to the floor.  It also comes with a plastic spatula.

It has iridescent design on the front labeling if anyone wonders why it looks like rainbow or something.  The design is to compliment the Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop and to amplified the effect of the essence.

What make this mask really fun and has skin entertainment value is the unique texture that feels like pudding and has the "shape memory" which returns to its original shape.  If you dig a little of the mask, you will the hole fill up and being smooth again after you open the jar after 10 minutes. This texture is also the reason that it adhere to the skin really well without being sticky.

Looking into the ingredients, it is a light based sleeping mask with water as the first ingredient and glycerin the next.  Vitamin E, Niacinamide(2%) are used to provide antioxidant and moisturising effort on the skin. Hyaluronic acid is also for use as humectant to provide hydration to the skin. Adenosine to promotes collagen synthesis, anti-inflammatory to help wound healing and regeneration. Ceramide NP for which is lipids that improve the look and feel of dry skin.

Betaine is a humectant and anti-irritant in cosmetic products. 

Carrageenan is thickener and emulsifier which explain the pudding texture 😄 . It is vegan and extracted from red seaweed. Algin is also to give the gel texture and is from brown algae. Mannan and Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymeris are also a thickener, gelling agent and texture enhancer.

Plant ingredients such as Blackberry, Centella Asiatica, Salicornia Herbacea, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Orange, ylang ylang are for those plant additional benefits such as vitamin c, antioxidant, calming, hydration, to control the sebum production, hydration and provide nice scent.

Chlorphenesin and Butylene Glycol are preservatives.

Honestly, I love the scent which is lavender with ylang ylang. The scent is a little strong but it does disappeared after a while. It smells the stronger version of their Klairs soothing cream.

Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask has the texture of white opaque pudding and it goes into a light milky essence upon application on the skin. The essence turns into invisible veil on the skin and has a cooling feeling on my skin.  I tried it as morning moisturiser and also sleeping mask at night. I prefer it as sleeping mask at night since the hydration is a little more than I need for my hot humid weather during the day time.  I am sure that it will work better as a moisturiser for dry skin type or during winter.

After using it for 3 weeks, I think that it helps with moisturising the skin, as occlusive, heal the acne red scars, prevent over exfoliation, balance the skin water and oil level, soothe the redness on my skin and brighten the skin.  It doesn't prevent acne but it doesn't cause more acne.  Unless you have problem with vitamin E, it won't break you out.  It does help with reducing the fine lines on my laugh lines since it keeps that area hydrated.

Overall, Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask is a fun skin entertaining sleeping mask for someone who has a busy life, looking for more moisture, hydration, brightening product, heal the skin, anti ageing, loving the ingredients in this mask (Vitamin E, Niacinamide(2%), Adenosine& Ceramide NP) and no issue with other things in the product.
