The rest the ingredients are for hydration, emulsifier, texture and preservatives.
Texture: soft brownish lotion like cream with fresh lavender+basil scent.
Review: It helps with hydration, brightening and reducing fine lines around my eyes area. It doesn't irritate or too heavy for my eyes area. It works nicely under sunscreen and under makeup. As for firming, I have to use it longer to see the effect.
Overall: A nice eye cream with peptides, bakuchiol, vitamin C, niacinamide and other ingredients.
