Usage:
Smooth a few drops of Liquid Hydration to the face after cleansing. Can be used either in the AM and/or PM. Follow with the rest of your skin care routine.

Water, Panthenol, Peg/Ppg/Polybutylene Glycol-8/5/3 Glycerin, Sodium PCA, Diglycerin, Urea, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Sorbitol, Lysine, PCA, Allantoin, Lactic Acid, Tocopherol, Citric Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol

Paraben free, sulfate free, alcohol free, Eu allergen free, silicone free  and fungal-acne safe (malassezia). 

It has a simple gentle formulation which lightly exfoliate skin with lactic acid.  Although it is mentioned that lactic acid in this formulation is not high enough to exfoliate skin, it can still irritate skin that are exposed to strong actives or those that make this toner 'strong' by treating it as sheet mask.

The hydrating ingredients such as panthenol, glycerin, sodium PCA, urea, rice protein, sorbitol, allantin, vitamin E, lysine keeps the skin from irritation and dryness.

The rest the ingredients are for hydration, emulsifier, texture, pH adjusting and preservatives. 

Texture: It is a watery transparent liquid toner that absorbs very fast.  As for the scent, some people said it smells like new shoes. For me, it smells like how those slightly fermented rice smells like.  It is not the best thing in the world but the scent disappeared once it dries down.

Review: It is not a hydrating toner so don't soak this toner with compressed mask else you can overexfoliate your sensitive skin.  It is a pretty nice light exfoliation toner that does not dry the skin and really good for combination oily skin type.  If you are not using other actives, this toner is a good gentle start.  It doesn't clogged my pores or irritates my skin which is nice.  It does help to make my skin smooth without dryness.  My skin does feel smoother after using it for about 2 weeks.  Using it with cotton pads before make up does make makeup last longer and looks better too.

Overall: It is a nice gentle light exfoliation toner which is fungal safe for acne prone skin.
