I can't believe that I haven't write about this famous Japanese cookies,
Japan Hokkaido Ishiya Shiroi Koibito from a friend which meant a lot to me. This is such a nice gift that I had received. If you have no idea what this is, it is the famous Japanese confectionery maker in Sapporo, Hokkaido that makes a really nice delicious gift. It is called White Lover 😊

Japan Hokkaido Ishiya Shiroi Koibito is European-style cookie manufactured and sold by Japanese confectionery maker Ishiya Co., Ltd. in Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is really a popular cookies in Japan 😃.
The box here is the 36 pc (9 dark chocolate and 27 white chocolate) .
The packaging is superb pretty. It is wrapped up with a special design blue wrappers. Then, inside there is a white box with equally beautiful design box. Those wrappers can easily be opened using universal friendly which shows how much thought has been put towards it.
The mountain on the Shiroi Koibito cookie box is Mountain Rishiri which is one of the most beautiful mountains in Hokkaido.
Japan Hokkaido Ishiya Shiroi Koibito cookie is very thin and just bake to the right texture. Not too hard and not too crispy. It is also has the right thin layer and the right amount of white fresh cream chocolate which is just with the right sweetness. It is pretty nice actually with the right bite size.
The dark green colour has the white cream while the white wrapper is the one with chocolate cream which I think is just amazing. I love the chocolate cream more actually. If you want to try make it yourself, it is going to take a lot of effort and ability to make this actually.
