I am not lucky to have the East Asian genetics that don't produce the ingredients for the bacteria to feed on causing unpleasant body odor.

Alum has low degree of antiperspirancy, functions more as a deodorant than an antiperspirant. Alum is a stable larger molecule so it is not absorbed and works as an antibacterial agent on the surface.
Texture: It has watery liquid that dry fast. It doesn't stain your clothes or leave marks on clothes. I got the botanica mist and it is very light cut grass scent.
Review: I use about two sprays on each armpit. If I want to use three times I have to wait for it two dry first else it will go down to my clothes. One spray is not enough for me since I sweat a lot. I find it does keep my arm pit dry but not too dry. It does keep my the bacteria in check I guess since I don't smell like septic tank. The effect does lasted 8hours and more.
Overall: It is a great deodorant that is safe for prevention of offensive odor especially people in need like me.

Texture: It has strong mugwort scent which I find calming. The mask itself is very soft, smooth with adzuki granules that is soft as well. It doesn't crack or my skin feels tight when it dries up after 10minutes. The colour is from high level of mugwort and clay. There is not added synthetic colouring or fragrance.
Review: I like that AXIS Y products are vegan, cruelty free and doesn't contain synthetic fragrance. My skin really likes the ingredients especially the mugwort, Houttuynia Cordata, oat and rosemary oil that just reduce the inflammation, irritated acne I have on my face. It does provide gentle exfoliation and made my skin brighter with constant usage of twice per week for 3 weeks. Clear up the fungal acne, irritation, cloged pores that I get from wearing mask everyday.
Overall: It is a great fungal safe vegan products for acne prone skin and for people dealing with maskne.

How do I first met Korea? Kpop? Kdrama? Kfood? Travel?
It is a story of love first sight, betrayal, pain and finally…
Actually, no. I met Korean Ramyun with 3 others. So, it didn’t end well for me.
The second time, we met at Kdrama. No, my aunts fell in love with you. Again, it didn’t work out for me.
After that, I don’t remember if I met Ramyun, Kdrama, Kpop or Kimchi.
My skin was at it lowest when I met Kbeauty. My skin was bad and I was looking for something affordable that doesn’t burn my skin away. I found Korean beauty channel on youtube. It was Get it Beauty. I learnt a lot from the show even when my Korean was zero. I got some very affordable Korean products that I still use up to today. My first product was actually that Skin79 BB Cream to hide my horrible skin. I got Laneige sleeping mask and it was game changer.
I got into how to take care of my skin type better, choose products because of the ingredients formulation and skin just got so much better. I started a small blog to share about what I use. I am not pretty and so is my skin but it gave me confidence that maybe someone out there also share the same skin problem as I do.
Throughout the years, I met some wonderful people who although I haven’t meet in real life we shares so much the same interest on Korean skincare products.
It helps me to gain confidence in my skin since it does gradually gets better. I learn it is okay that I don't look like Kpop idols but I could still share what I like. It has been 10years since. I am not sorry that I like skincare products and I like Korean skincare products a lot.

3. Fabric Bow Hair
Bow accessories for hair made appearance in many girls' group fashion. It add to the elegance touch to their overal outfit.
Tweed clothing are really popular and made appearance in many of the KPOP music videos. Tweed is a rough, woolen fabric, of a soft, open, flexible texture and considered as high quality pure wool which is a classic item. It used to get reserved only for the aristocrates in the past. The materials is moisture-resistant, durable and just pretty.
5. Plaid Pattern clothing Plaid is really popular and is seen in many Kpop idols MTVs now. Wear it with jeans, tweed jacket, mini skirts or just as light jacket. They look really cool.

Review: This is a transparent gel moisturiser that aborbs into the skin without stickness and hydrate the skin at the same time. It has the scent of Citrus Yuja which is nice. It has tea tree and centella asiatica to control sebum and reduce acne. I think it is a good moisturiser for acne prone skin in the hot weather or summer month.
SOME BY MI Yuja Niacin Serum Contains 82% of Yuja Extract for brightening and moisturising. With lightweight texture let skin absorb easily and leaves skin without sticky feeling.
Review: Very light serum that absorbs into the skin fast without any stickness. It does gradually bighten the skin. It has yuja citrus scent. For people with very sensitive skin or just starting to use vitamin C one can start slow by applying it once every 3days. I don't find it any irritating although i apply it everyday.
SOME BY MI Yuja Niacin Sleeping Mask Contains 70% of Yuja Extract to nourish and moisturise skin. Hydrates skin with Aquaxyl and Fructan™ and vitalises skin with 10 kinds of vitamins.
Paraben free, sulfate free, alcohol free, Eu allergen free, silicone free and not fungal-acne safe (malassezia). The ingredient being Ethylhexyl Palmitate.
The rest the ingredients are for hydration, emulsifier, texture, pH adjusting and preservatives.
Review: It is a gel cream type of sleeping mask so it is suitable for combination to oily skin type. It does brighten the skin and hydrate the skin without being heavy. Just like other products it has the same citrus yuja scent.
Packaging: A nice brightening starter kit with guide on the steps to use the products. This set is enough for a month usage but probably will finish the toner faster.
