This vitamin C serum contains 15% pure vitamin C which helps with antioxidant care, skin brightening, acne prevention, boost collagen, and recovers the skin from UV rays. As it contains ferulic acid, it maximizes the antioxidant and antibacterial effect of vitamin C. Recommended for oily and combination skin and for vitamin C beginners.

Usage:
Apply 3-4 drops on your palm and gently pat over the face. Pat lightly until it fully absorbs.



Packaging: The box came in English and Korean details.  It has simple white packaging box and a white bottle.  It comes in a bottle with the dropper separately.  I think the company should something to the bottle cap.  Mine doesn't leak but I heard many said their leaks a bit during transportation.  It is a dark glass bottle so be sure to put it inside the fridge once you got it unless you live where it is cold.

Ascorbic Acid is the vitamin C with the most researched ingredient for anti aging and 15% is gentle but provide results for anti aging effect for skin.
Ferulic acid helps to mantain the stability of the vitamin C.

Brightening ingredients: Niacinamide, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)

Anti Aging ingredients: Niacinamide, Vitamin C, Ferulic Acid, Vitamin E

The rest the ingredients are for texture controller, hydration, solvent and preservatives.



Texture and scent:  It has a watery texture that absorbs really fast onto the skin.  It has that slight 'hot dog water' scent because of the ferulic acid.  The scent doesn't linger once it dries down.

Review:  I use my vitamin C at night because I want the anti aging effect.  Also, I don't have the luxury of time in the morning.  I use it once every two days to build up my tolerance (5 to 6drops each time) for two weeks then once a day at night.  Scale down if your skin become red or tender.  Everyone has different skin tolerance.  Some people use their vitamin C in the morning to 'strengthen' the effect of sunscreen.

I like it since it absorbs really well, non sticky and makes my skin brighter, healthier and better.  It gets rid of those red acne scars faster too.

Overall:  It is a good gentle vitamin C for people looking for stronger vitamin C that is fungal safe, brightening, reduce pigmentation from acne scars and provide anti aging benefits in the long run.  It does make my skin glowing after using it for 2 months.

Comparison:  By Wishtrend Pure Vitamin C21.5 Advanced Serum   is 21.5% vitamin C.  It can be                             too strong for people to use it daily. (strong)
                       Pure Vitamin C 15% with Ferulic Acid  is 15%  vitamin C (medium strength)
                       Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is 5% vitamin C. (weak)


PS: please keep this inside the fridge to avoid it from oxidisation(turned into brown) unless you live in cold place all year round.

Packaging: It comes in a box with everything written in Korean.  The box is really very nice and has approval from the Korean food safety.  Inside, it has 3 packaging which contains individual packaging so it is easy to carry it for travelling or to work.

Ingredients talk:  The ingredients are food grade and are probiotics that are safe for consumption.  I bought it since it is safe for kids so it should be for me as adult.  There is no added colouring or synthetic flavouring.

Texture and taste: The brown powder is actually very fine.  Depending on people, I find the taste is pretty good.  It is earthy sweetness with slight scent of rice and blackcurrant.  I have it without the water and it is pretty good.  It doesn't feel cloying and the amount is just right for pouring it directly into my mouth.

Review:  I find that it really helps me with my immume system for duration that I was having it.  I was pretty healthy even when I wasn't actually eating healthy for one of the week.  It helps with my digestion since I sometimes I have constipation but I did not for that month.  I do think it is a good to have probiotics in your meals.

 

Overall: Vitabio Barorang Korean Probiotics For Kids is A good safe Korean probiotics that taste really good.

RECREATING Y2K FASHION with YESSTYLE

Review: Flannel shirt was an iconic item to the 90s look.  It has been making come back in many Kpop music videos and other music videos.  When it is too hot, just tied it around the waist.  It is a good light cotton jacket to cover from the sun and can easily remove it when you don't need it.  Can also use it to lightly warm up in colder air conditioner place.  The material is rougher kind of cotton. It is possible to use the pockets to put some little things inside actually.  I got it in yellow which is more towards warm orangey yellow.

Review: The material is pretty soft and it is not transparent unless you wear dark underwear inside.  The Smiley is sewn on it and it is pretty cute.  I went for a size up for a loose look.  It is one of the recommended item and reviews are pretty good.  The materials is good to wear on summer hot day since it doesn't feel hot.

Review: It is a high waisted pants and short. It does looks what Kpop idols wear so it does make my legs look long.  The black denim is of medium thickness so I don't feel like I am sitting on bare skin. The pockets are of other material but is deep enough to keep some money inside. It looks like wide leg pants on me because I got an L.  I normally wear XS and my thigh is small for people my height.  The back is going to be shorter with people with well endowed behind.

Review: Comfortable socks that does come up to my thigh.  It does keep my legs warm and is not see through.  The elastic is good since it comfortable without being too tight and does not come down when I am walking with it.

Probiotics has really became really popular in skincare products.  So while I was searching for affordable probiotics, I came to this Korean ampoule.

So here is a review on MediFlower Mugwort Ampoule from Korea.

I will be honest that I got this ampoule because of the glowing review in YesStyle, the glass bottle, 50ml bottle of mugwort, contains probiotics, fungal safe ingredients and that the ingredients just look so interesting.  I was about to get something that is 100% more the price of this ampoule but my cheapo self just feel that I need to try this because if it doesn't work I have nothing to lose because "Hey, it is cheap".

I am so glad that I bought this because it actually do works on my acne prone skin and is fungal safe.

It does contains probiotics and ferments that are safe for fungal acne.

There are niacinamide for oil controlling and brightening. the mugwort is nice to soothe sensitive skin. Panthenol is also really good for soothing and hydrate the skin.

Texture: It is transparent slightly viscose liquid that absorbs really well into my skin.  It has faint herbal scent that is not overpowering which doesn't linger on the skin.

Review: It doesn't irritate my acne prone skin.  The texture absorbs well into my skin and it is hydrating to use it on its own during the day. It does helps with the pigmentation after acne, reduce severity of my acne and reduce redness.  I use it during the day and also at night.  I use the whole dropper each time.  I do think it is great item to have.  After using it for 3weeks I find that it does control the oil on my T-zone.  My T-zone areas has less oil production.  I do think it does it what it does and is a affordable good serum for that price.  I don't get any irritation from the fragrance but then it is not listed if the fragrance is from natural resources or added synthetic fragrance.

Overall: I think it is a good fungal safe mugwort ampoule to have for hydration, reducing redness and brightening. I would recomend because of the price and also the effect that it provides on my skin.

It is not fungal-acne safe (malassezia). The ingredient being  Sunflower Seed Oil, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Adansonia Digitata Seed Oil.

The rest the ingredients are for anti aging, hydration, pH adjusting, preservatives, masking, buffering Agent and texture.

I do like the ingredients with a lot of nice plants oils that helps with moisturising the skin and brighten the skin.  

I think the most interesting is the hemp oil Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil in this bottle which is rarely found in AB product. Not it doesn't make you hallucinate.

Niacinamide is good for those looking for brightening and controlling oil production.

I probably just don't really like the fragrance in this bottle and it will be great if it is removed.

Texture and scent: This is a Bi Phase serum with oil and watery essence together.  Just shake it to mix it before usage.  The serum is transparent oil that has the scent of synthetic lemon or floral jasmine (the kind you find in dishwasher liquid).  It is actually very much lighter than the Nacific fresh herbs origin.

Review:  I use about 3 drops on my combination skin once a day at night.  The serum oil does absorbed fast into the skin making the skin hydrated and slightly dewy.  If your skin is dry, it immediately absorbs with no trace of oiliness or stickiness. It keeps my skin hydrated and moist.  It doesn't get rid of acne since it is not made for that.  I can't use it where I have fungal acne since it does feed those.

On my body, it is a really great moisturiser.  It just absorbs onto my skin without any stickness and make my skin soft and silky.

Overall: It is a good very affordable skincare oil to look at provided that you don't have problem with fungal acne, have dry skin type, no allergic with the oil or the fragrance.
