A wash off mask for combination oily skin type to clear the skin with high mugwort and clay ingredients in it.

It used to be called "Isntree Real Mugwort Clay Mask".  Only the packaging and the name changed, the ingredients remain the same.

Details:

Cleanse the pores clearly with 6 kinds of cleansing ingredients(Kaolin, Bentonite, Ilite, Montmorillonite, Calcite and Canadian Colloidal Clay)
Contains 50,000ppm of Ganghwa Medicinal Mugwort Extract and botanical extracts to cleans the sebum and skin impurities then replenish skin with moisture.
Soothes skin effectively and protect skin from the external aggressors for a fresh and translucent skin finish.
Exfoliates skin with Mugwort Leaf Powder and Red Bean Powder smoothly.

How to use:
1. Apply the clay mask over the face, especially the enlarged pore areas.

The fungal acne ingredient being Stearic Acid . 

It contains 6 types of clay to remove sebum from skin

50,000ppm Mugwort from Ganghwa area which is good to calm, clear skin from skin problems such as acne.

Chestnut shell extract is a good anti-wrinkle/skin firming agent.

Other plant ingredients such as ferment, artichoke, red beans, oat extract, and green tea are good to soothe skin and clear skin.

The rest the ingredients are for hydration, texture and preservatives. 

Texture: smooth gray colour with dark green particles in it. It has scent of mugwort mixed with clay.

Review: It is a clay mask that isn't drying after 15minutes of application.  Removing it is easy with rinsing with water.  It does reduce oil and sebum production on my face after just one use.  Using it about 2 times per week does make the skin look calmer, clearer, lessen skin redness and softer skin.  I also breakout less with combination of using the 2% BHA toner as well.   It is a good mask to use before using makeup if one wants makeup to look good and last longer.

Overall: A nice smooth clay mask for acne prone combination skin.

Texture: It doesn't have a nice texture.  It is like thick honey on your skin.It doesn't absorb so it is good to use at night.  I like the scent of cocoa butter.

Review: I applied this at night on my skin.  I tried it on its own which is a bit thick to apply all over my face.  I have no problem applying this scar serum if it is just on a small part of my face with tap on it.  It doesn't clogged or gives me acne which is really good considering how thick this scar serum is.  It really helps to keep my skin hydrated, speed up healing and smoothen the skin at that area with time.  It is not miracle but does get rid of my red acne scarring.  It is not to get rid of existing cystic acne though.

It works on my eczema patch on my body too.

Overall: This is a good affordable scar serum to treat scaring on facial skin without clogging the skin.  It is most effective in conjunction with other healing products and suitable for any skin type.

Texture: Opaque soft lotion that turned transparent once it dries down.  Almost scentless.

Review: It is made by a famous OEM which produce a lot of other famous Korean skincare brands.  The formulation is pretty stable and tested.  Suncreen goes on well on my skin and protect my skin throughout the day.  It does not have any whitecast no matter the amount applied.  It doesn't irritate or clogged my pores and easily wash off by the end of the day without residue left on my face.

Overall: A great chemical sunscreen without white cast suitable for any skin type.

REVIEW ON POH LOONG RESTAURANT TELUK INTAN, PERAK

Here is one of the popular Chinese restaurants in Teluk Intan.   Poh Loong Restaurant Teluk Intan, Perak, Malaysia.

It is not Halal.

Many people will bring friends for dinner at this restaurant or have Wedding reception dinner here.

I actually went to this restaurant at the end of 2021 so I am sure the price of the food I wrote here has increased by now.  I ordered everything small.

Review:   

As this is Teluk Intan, it is best to drive around as nothing is reachable by public transport.  It is very hard to even get Grab in Teluk Intan.

There are places for parking but try to arrive around 8 to 7pm as it can be hard to get parking after 7.30pm.  

There are air conditioning areas and non air conditioner which are under fans.  Tables are mostly round since most people bring their families or come in big crowd.  Service is fast but if there are many people one probably have to wait longer for their food (about 20min).

Food is alright for picky eaters like my families.  If you are not that picky then this is going to pretty good.  Food presentation is really good though.  Price are also pretty affordable considering most of what is on the menu are for wedding or for special occassion.

Buttered Pork Ribs- It is cooked well, tender meat and comes with some lettuce.

Beancurd with Pumpkin Sauce-  beancurd is soft and comes with buttery pumpkin sauce.

Signature Braised pork- It is soft, tender and comes with some sauce.  However, it is not the traditional braised pork that I had eaten in some fancy restaurant.
