Vegan, cruelty free, climate inspired gentle Korean cleanser for acne prone skin.  

Here is a review on AXIS-Y Quinoa One Step Balanced Gel Cleanser .  I have been using this for three weeks now on my aging, combination, acne prone skin, now with maskne problem, prone to redness skin type on our hot humid weather.

Packaging: Nice simple design box with ingredients listed in English and Hangul.  The transparent green pump bottle has a nice aesthetic to it.  It dispense enough cleanser with two or three pumps.

It is not fungal-acne safe (malassezia). The ingredient being the soyabean oil. Honestly, it is a cleanser so it is not going to stay on your skin to cause fungal.

Decyl glucoside is a mild non-ionic surfactant for products for individuals with a sensitive skin including baby products.  It is plant-derived, biodegradable, and gentle for all hair types.

Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate is mild surfactant.

Betaine, Soybean Oil, Tea Tree, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Hops, Ocimum Tenuiflorum, Centella Asiatica, Calendula, Sweet Almond, Geranium Oil, Allantoin, Hydroxyacetophenone- calming, reduce irritation, antifungal, antibacterial, aid with healing, skin conditioning, soothing and hydration

The rest the ingredients are for pH adjusting and preservatives. 

Texture: It has a nice soothing mild calendula scent which make cleansing enjoyable.  The nice gel texture foam a little when apply with water.  It glides really well on my skin.  It has pH5.5 so most people can use this.

 

Review: The gel texture cleanses my skin without any irritation, doesn't make my skin feels tight, make my skin feels soft and supple.  It doesn't cause my fungal acne skin since the formulation already has antifungal ingredients and cleanser that doesn't stay on my face for more than 1min is not going to feed those fungal.  It is a mild cleanser that has nice calming scent to it.  I find that it does reduce severity of my fungal acne and speed up the healing of the existent acne I have with usage of 3 weeks.  It is mild so I can use it as my morning and night cleanser.  You do need to remove your makeup first before using this cleanser as this cleanser is mild.

Overall: It is a nice mild gel cleanser for those with combination to oily skin, acne prone skin and living in hot humid weather or having maskne issues.  I personally like gel cleanser.

Review: The sheet mask does hydrate and calm my skin until the next day. The mask fit and adhere to my face.  I was able to wear it for 30minutes before it starts drying.  I find the scent calming. I do like it since it doesn't irritate my acne prone skin. The essence is a lot and I can apply the extra mask essence on my face after sheet masking as sleeping mask.

Overall: It is a nice sheet mask for emergency or during travelling to nourish out of balance skin, stressed, sensitivity, red skin from the heat, or from wearing too much safety mask.

HOW TO GET A SLIM BODY WITH NO EXERCISE

Today I am going to share how I actually get a slim body with no exercise.   My face doesn't match my body though.  No bikini photo - NSFW later.

Maintaining low weight is hard especially I love food.

Anyway, these slimming methods are my mum's.  Guarantee sure work.  I am living proof this diet works.

Get a hardcore mom.  

If she cooks too much and made you eat eat eat, time to think again.  Worst if you are the trash bin.  That is how you cannot seem to just slim down.  She just make you eat eat and then condemn that you are fat.

Eat food you hate the most

Time to say goodbye to your favourite food or food you like to eat.  Of course no processed food.  Sayonara to fried chicken, steak, Mcdonald burgers, cheese, nuggets and all the cakes.  Say hello to 1kg of spinach, bittergourd, brocolli, salad and all the vegetables in the world everyday.  Fruits are not vegetables okay since they are sweet and contain sugar.  Secret to getting slim is torture.

Eat 5 times per day

I eat 5 times of what I hate to eat-vegetables and spinach so that I become weak.  

That is how I stay faithful with my love KFC.  I only can see him once a month.  Dull food just like my life.  stew, steamed, boiled.  Fishes, eggs and vegetables are in every meals.  Also I don't eat after 8pm.

Have family members that eat like dinosaurs

Just now I said to get new mom, now you get family members that eat like dinosaurs.  Stingy mum that cooks very little, you can only eat a little.  Forget rice, rice made you wide.

Have a fixed time to eat

Yoyo eat time, body going yoyo too.  There is no need for a schedule so just eat whenever you feel like it.  Confuse your stomach so that you can store more fats inside your body.  Don't forget to eat all the potato chips that you want.  More fats yo for world end.

Lastly bonus -secret food item

What my mum made me drink after I just eat one fried chicken.

Granny Smith apple with the pulp.  No sugar or whatever.  Guarantee to make you lose all that fried chicken out of your system.

Texture:  It comes in light greenish cream formula that melts once it is applied on the skin.   It has a light, very smooth texture and has soothing fresh herbal rosemary scent. The scent dispersed fast so no worries if you don't really like this type of scent.  There is no artificial fragrance or colouring.

Review: It quickly soothe, moisturise and hydrate my skin immediately.  It has this refreshing, cooling effect on my skin once I applied.   I only need a pea size for my combination skin to feel hydrated.  For dry skin type, you can apply a few layers and it doesn't pile which is really good under makeup.  It keeps the skin hydrated throughout the day.  Surprisingly, it doesn't cause me fungal acne or irritate my skin.

Overall: It is a great moisturiser for dry stressed sensitive skin during winter and those with weak skin barrier.

Texture: It has the same herbal fresh scent of rosemary which is really soothing.  The greenish gelish ampoule absorbs into the skin without any residue even with using the whole dropper.

Review: I can layer this many times without any piling. I find that it really soothe my skin and calm the redness down. Although it is not fungal safe, it doesn't trigger or cause more acne for me. In fact,  this reduce my acne and maskne caused by wearing mask.  I just find that I do finish up this product faster than other serum.

Overall:  Celimax Noni Energy Ampoule improves overall skin health.  Suitable for people with weak skin barrier, aging,  dull skin concerns, redness, hydration concern and suitable for all skin types.
