Keep Cool Ocean Hydrating Gel Cream comes in a nice simple blue colour design box with English ingredients. This moisturiser comes in form of tube which is really thoughtful since I don't need to contaminate my moisturiser with my dirty fingers especially during travelling.

As for the ingredients, I can’t go in dept since there are too many.
Basically, it is water based with a little silicone moisturizer. There are many ferments, plant ingredients, spirulina which is the biomass of cyanobacteria, algae extract for skin conditioning, hydrating and calming. There is also astaxanthin. Just wish if there is no added fragrance since some people just find fragrance one of the common irritant.
The moisturiser comes in blue light gel which is really suitable for hot summer and for combination skin type. There is no added colouring. It does apply easily and absorbs into the skin easily. It does make the skin hydrated thoughout the day and feels light on the skin. Upon application I can feel the cooling feeling on the skin which last a few seconds until the it dries down. The scent is similar to some 'fresh' perfume but it is light and doesn't linger on the face once it dries down.
The product is formulated to reduce heat and reduce the inflammation caused by heat. Skin does feel silky and suitable for makeup. It doesn't pile with application of makeup. It is not a product for treating acne so it doesn't irritate or cause more acne. It doesn't get rid of my acne or reduce redness. If you are looking for soothing, I think they have another range with is the Soothe line which for soothing and calming.
Overall, Keep Cool Ocean Hydrating Gel Cream is a decent hydrating moisturiser for summer.
