Nowadays, many Korean brands have come up with their cleansing tools such as 3D vibration or 4D vibration brush which take cleansing the skin to a whole new level.  This is my first cleansing tool that I got - TOSOWOONG 4D Vibration Pore Brush.

It comes in a box.  I didn't buy extra puff or head so inside the box there are two things- the head and the brush.  Oh, there is a small booklet too written in Hangul and English so no worries if you can read Korean language.

I got this because it is waterproof since I can never make sure that my hands is dry enough or careful enough to prevent water getting into the machine.  It is sure more expensive but for the waterproof feature, it is worth it.  Besides, you can use battery for this Tosowoong 4D vibration pore brush so you don't need to keep charging.  Some expensive famous pore brushes only last 3 years.

The body of the brush is quite heavy and it is not some light plastic.  I do like the colour and the design.  There is a silver crown at the back of the head.  Just make sure not to drop it to the floor. There is one year warranty on this brush but I don't know how to claim it.

There is only one button which is the start button so this speed is the same for all skin type. Of course, there is the sound of the vibration once you start the brush.  Just put the brush to the skin and it will help with removing the dead cells and massage the skin at the same time.  It feels good =) .

I have been using it everyday for about three weeks.  I could say that the pore brush does clean my face better than my bare hands, peeling gel and clay mask.  However, it doesn't make the face squeaky clean as how extractions will be but then not everyone can stand the harshness of extraction or in unprofessional hands.  The brush is good for sensitive skin as I don't breakouts when I was using this brush everyday.  My skin is definitely cleaner when I am using this Tosowoong 4d vibration pore brush.

Cleansing tool does clean the skin better than our bare hands and makes absorption of other skincare better.

Just don't expect this brush to do more than it is supposed to.  It is good to have and it can replace your exfoliating products but not other skincare products.  You will still need your cleanser, serum and moisturiser.

Do I like it? Yes because it is gentle to my skin, clean my skin well, comfortable and affordable. =)

REVIEW ON CERAVE FOAMING FACIAL CLEANSER FOR NORMAL TO OILY SKIN

I saw this in Amazon and got interested since there were many good reviews on how gentle this cleanser for acne prone.  So when I saw HiShop has this offer online, I quickly ordered it. I wrote about my haul Here.  Besides, I was really curious on how this will work.

The bottle is light green and white.  The words are printed on the paper which is not waterproof so it might get torn in a long run.

Some might not like it because it has paraben but the amount is sure to be very little.  The cleanser is water based and comes in liquid which does foam a little.  There is almost no scent to it.

The cleanser foam a little which is okay to my skin.  I usually do not use paste or cleansers that foams a lot because it just irritate my skin which in turn makes my skin peel, dry and red.  This cleanser doesn't leave my face dry or oily which is good.  Unlike some cleanser, this doesn't leave a layer of 'something' on your skin.  You can feel that the face has well balanced oil and also moisture.  It is sure good for acne prone skin type.

I find that males would like this because they do not need to apply moisturiser after that.  It does remove light makeup and eye makeup.  As for waterproof and sweatproof so it is better to use a different remover first.

Overall, I think it is an affordable cleanser which is a good non irritating cleanser.

TRAVEL: KLCC PETRONAS TWIN TOWER SKYBRIDGE AND AQUARIA KLCC

I have been meaning to write about this trip to KLCC for sometime but then I kept putting it on hold. Finally I have the time to write about it. Sorry that it has been a year already. hahahaha.

Anyway, if you are stopping in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia then one of the places that tourists will go will be the bridge in KLCC and the Aquaria KLCC. You can reach this place via the Putra LRT train-KLCC station or you can walk from the Pavilion to KLCC. Just ask at the information counter at Pavilion which way to head.

You can buy the ticket at the concourse and has to be at waiting line one hour before your time to enter. If I am not mistaken there is 10am up to 7pm. Each hour, there can only be 40 who can enter to go up the bridge.

 Then they will take you to the 86 floor which is for adult. Children are not allowed to go up to this floor and the reason for the cheaper ticket.

 You can use the ticket to scan and to look at the 3D TV.

There is a toilet on this floor but the cubicle is too small. You can wash your hands here.

Downstairs is a souvenirs shop which has lots of expensive souvenirs. I didn’t get anything XP . The tour is about 45minutes.

 As for Aquaria, it is just fishes and those aquatic animals. There is nothing much for me to see actually. I guess it is a place for families and not a person like me. I am not much excited about it than visitors here.

Food in KLCC is expensive and people usually go for MC Donald’s at the food court area.  You can also buy food from the Cold storage and eat at food court or at the garden.
There are other things that you can do such as shopping, visit the Kinokuniya bookstores and visit the art galleries.

There differences of the two versions are:
-the new one removed the paraben, ammonium which are harmful to the skin
- the new one removed alcohol which is quite high in the original version
-the old version is sticky and most people doesn't like it
-the old version has glucose which a form of sugar
-old version is cheaper in term of price
-the new one do not have any pore clogging or any irritants


Recommend:
Pure Vitamin C21.5 Advanced Serum is recommended for :
Brighter skin & whitening.
Skin pigmentation and blemishes.
Dry, unhealthy skin.
Uneven skin tone & discoloration.
Rejuvenation & nourishment.

**not recommend to just use it alone to treat skin that has active acne.


How to use:
1) Use day and night after cleansing and prepping the skin with toner.
2) Put about 1-2 drops of the C20 Vitamin Serum on to the hand and apply to dull and sagging areas.
(Avoid sensitive areas such as the eye, lip, or any scarred area, and use on the face as a whole.)
3) In daylight or outdoors, always apply sunscreen (with at least SPF15).
4) A slight tingle sensation may be felt at first use due to the pure vitamin nature of the product.



Important TIPS: Please keep inside fridge to use it for a longer time and to keep the product potent.  Apply light water based toner or essence before applying the serum for better absorption.  Products get absorbed into the skin faster when the skin is wet.

The liquid is clear with yellowish tinge.  As for the texture, it is watery with a little trace of oil.  That is to be expected since vitamin C has a little tacky texture in their natural form.  I don't think it is sticky at all.  Of course it feels even better if you mix with a light moisturiser.

The C20 pure vitamin C 21.5 smell of light orange =).  Don't worry as the smell disappeared along with the application.

It is said that one can feel a slight tinge on the skin.  I experience that only on the first day and also on area with broken skin.  However, it does not cause more damage but help to fasten the healing speed on that area.  So I will say it will work better if your red acne scars are new.  Also if you want to enjoy those tinge feeling, then you can definitely feel it if you have area to 'heal'.  Most of the time, your skin get accustomed to the ingredients so your tolerance will become higher but it does not mean that it is not working on your skin.  C20 21.5 definitely speed up the skin ability to renew itself that slow down with time.

I can say that my skin heal faster and make it look fabulous than when I am not using it.  It works with my other skincare products as well.

I think Pure Vitamin C21.5 Advanced Serum has really versatile way of applications.During the day, I use three drops and mix it with my moisturiser on my face.  Then, I apply sunblock.

Sometimes, I will just mix it with my toner.

At night, I followed the same routine except no sunblock.
If I am using sleeping mask, I follow this routine. cleansing, toning, eye cream, pure vitamin 21.5 and then sleeping mask.  The effect will be more obvious when I am using mask. =)

I think it is really a great product for those who can't use retinol as Vitamin C works to build collagen on the skin too.  I will purchase this product again for sure!

C20 (OST) Pure Vitamin C21.5 Advanced Serum is another amazing Korean serum for brightening and for anti ageing.  The price is very much affordable compare to other products that use Vitamin C as its main ingredient.

**Words of caution, this is not for treating acne but you can use this to treat the red scars left by acne.
** Also do not shake the new bottle or else you will have all the precious vitamin C 'erupt' out of the bottle.
*** Usage INSTRUCTION: cleanser>hydrating toner> vitamin C21.5 serum> moisturiser .  Unless you want to increase the capability which can make your skin red, raw and sensitive from overexfoliation then you can try use it right after cleansing.



You can made your choice between the old version or the new version as generally there is mixture of reviews on the old and new version of the Vitamin C.

If you talk about texture I will prefer the new version as I really dislike stickiness and the fact that the company removes the paraben and other potential ingredients that are irritants to the skin.

However, if you have really dry skin and for budget friendly, then go for the Original version.  It will also works better during winter than in summer.

Victoria Sweden Egg White Facial Care Soap was popular in Korean in 2015 because of the egg white properties.  In Asian,  Victoria Sweden Egg White Facial Care Soap was featured on Astro’s shopping channel, GoShop recently.

It is a popular products because it was used even by the Swedish Royal family since 1924.  Of course, I was excited when this  Egg pack arrived on my door.  Before that, a little information on the product.

For generations Swedish women have been mixing their own facial masks that contain glycerin, rose water and egg whites. Inspired by this we developed the popular Eggwhite Facial Soap. This unique facial soap with lanoline and rose water cleanses the pores and gives you a fantastic complexion.

Sweden 's Egg white Facial Soap has been a part of healthy caring for the skin in Sweden for generations. Originally prepared by Swedish women at home, an eggwhite facial was a weekly tradition to maintain pure and glowing skin. With extracts from plants as cleansing ingredients and added goat milk, the Eggwhite Facial Soap helps to maintain your skin in soft conditions. Suitable for use in the morning as face soap as well as face pack in the evening, the wide usage of this product is convenient and suitable for everyone.

Directions:
The most fabulous thing is that it can be used as:

Facial Mask: Add some water to the soap in the palms of your hands and work up a rich lather. Smooth the creamy foam onto face and neck and let it stay on for about 5 minutes before you rinse off with comfortably warm water. Gently dry with a soft towel and a clean and fresh feeling will appear.

For daily cleansing: Add some water to the soap in the palms of your hands and work up a rich lather. Thoroughly massage the foam over your face and neck. Then rinse off after 3minutes with comfortably warm water and dry with a soft towel.


Ingredients: Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Aqua, Olea Europaea fruit oil, Palm Acid, Glycerin, Lauryl Glucoside, Parfum, Sodium Chloride, Palm Kernel Acid, Lanolin, Sodium Lactate, Lecithin (E 322), Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium Etidronate, CI 14700 (Red No 504), CI 77891 (Titaniumdioxide), Rosa Damascena (Rose water), Albumen

The soap has smell of faint rose mix with oil.  It was lathered easily and it has abundance of soft foam.  Cleansing my face with it was easy since it removes and cleanses all the makeup easily.

My face feels really clean, tight but not dry.  However, application of moisturiser after that is a must or else my skin will start feeling dry.

 I think this soap will work well during summer, in hot weather, oily and combination skin type.  Remember to apply moisturiser after that.  Personally, I don't think it will work that well as egg mask for dry skin type.

As for cleaning the pores it does work =) .  My pores are smaller after two weeks

It is multifunction soap and it is easy to bring it for travel since the soap can act as face cleanser and body soap =).  Men will love it for sure.
