There is the plastic to cover the palette and you can remove them when you wanted to use them. I find this good to keep those eyeshadows clean.  The paletter is written with the medium, dark, light shades for easy application of products on the eyes.

I find all the colours beautiful and easily bendable look. The applicator provided are the sponge type so many would prefer to use their own brush to apply the eyeshadows.

The palette is light because it is made from papers.  Don't worry about the palette making a mess as it has a magnetic snap. Easy for travelling too since one palette carries so many colours.

The eyeshadows are pigmented.  The shades in medium carry the silvery sheens.  The ones in dark shades are pigmented and have muted tones.  As for the light, these shades leaves a light colour on the eyes and the reason for using it as highlighter. The cream is soft, creamy and leave a light shine on the corner of the eyes.  It dries up fast and doesn't crease too.

I usually put them in the fridge to have the cooling effect on the skin. The I Need You Tea Tree Mask Sheet mask is quite small and suits my small face. The holes for the eyes are quite small and it is difficult to open the eyes especially if you have deep set eyes.


There is extra essence inside the packet. The tea tree essence doesn’t smell too strong as I would expect so it is good. The mask sheet is not too thin and it doesn’t drip onto my clothes. It does help with reducing the redness of my face as I was breaking out. If you have oily skin or with acne problem, then you can try this.  I would suggest those with dry skin to avoid using tea tree as it might dry your skin more.

This blue thing is not the mask so don't mistaken it as the mask.  They use this blue tissue like paper instead of plastic paper.

Okay, laugh all you want XP.  This is the problem with looking silly during using mask.

The mask is thin and has the same fitting as the other Watsons mask.  it is good because not everyone has the same face size.  It doesn't slip or has essence dripping from the face.

This mask doesn't have the smell of milk =) .  In fact it has a very light smell to almost none at all.
As for the smoothing and whitening effect, my face is smoother and brighter. Not so sure for the whitening effect as one need to use more than one mask for that kind of effect.  It is cooling and moisturising but the effect doesn't last until the next morning.

I went checking for the colour eyebrow kit and was so surprised that it was already sold out in the Watsons Midvalley. Of course with such reasonable price and that fabulous clear brow mascara, it is sure really worth the money.

I was actually waiting for an affordable clear brow mascara to appear soon and here I have it with me today. They eye brow kit comes with 3X1g powder and clear gel 1x2ml. What is interesting is that there is also a mirror that comes with it. I think this is really a wonderful kit.

The powders are pigmented and cater for all the types of brow colour. You can also use them as eyebrow too. The eyebrow gel really makes my eyebrow hairs stay put through the day. The mascara brush makes application easy too. If you are not sure on how to use them, don’t worry as there are clear instructions at the back of the eyebrow kit.

Overall, I am one happy girl with this eyebrow kit and for sure will get it again. I can’t live without drawing my eyebrows because my eyebrows are just too sparse XD.

It is okay for the runaway on the back of my hands because there are so many lines but it won't happen since we don't have those heavy lines on the eyelids.


The tip make it easy to draw the eyeliner given a person like me who is not good in drawing eyeliner.  It dries really fast and is also oil proof too as the eye liner stayed put through the day even when my other makeup have already melted off.  You have to remove this with makeup remover as the staying power is just too good.

However, it is suggested for contact lens wearer to not use waterproof eyeliner so this might not suits you.

Sorry, this is the problem of having Asian eyes, despite drawing a thick liner, this is all it appears on when I open my eyes. I don't want to shock you by drawing 2inch of eyeliner on my eyes.  XP


There isn't any much smell to it so it is fine to me.  The purple eyeliner does look good on me and the shades is good for the smokey or just a swipe of colour on the eyes.  I think this is good despite it being a drugstore product.

The lipstick is soft and smooth upon application. The colour looks peachy with golden flakes on my lips .  I think it is perfect for daily wear.  The colour is pigmented enough with just one swipe and doesn't fade until I eat.  The texture is satin smooth with creamy feeling but not to the point of matte.  it is worth to check out this colour if you are a fan of a natural lip colour like me. =)

Out of the two range-Okuru and Wakame, I chose Wakame as it is for those below 35 and I think it would suit my skin better.  Besides, there is only 3 products which make it easier for me to use considering how lazy I am.  I love anti aging products considering that I am near 30 years now( western age) but let just say that I don't like to layer too many products on my face.


Wakame is actually a type of seaweed and we often heard how beneficial seaweed is in reducing irritation and for anti aging purposes. There are many high end beauty products with seaweed in it.

Wakame range is suitable for even those with oily skin and sensitive skin as I find this range is light and do not clogged my skin.

The bottles comes in form of pumps and so it is very hygenic.  It is also semi transparent so that you can check how much have you used.

 The eye cream comes up in form of opaque fluid cream which absorbed well into the eye area leaving it looking refreshed. It has a little smell of oil but the smell disappeared upon application.



The ‘protect and repair lotion’ absorb easily onto the skin and it balanced the skin oil. My skin was less oily and more moist through the rest of the day. My redness was tone down as well.


As for the anti aging effect,  I have the feeling my skin was smoother after 3 weeks of usage. I have this fine lines on my forehead and fine laughing lines but it was reduced after using the range so I think it helps to reduce the sign of ageing without the oily feeling on the skin.

LAPURETE WAKAME Hydrating Foaming Lotion

The cleanser has a subtle faint smell of seaweed and it foam up the moment you press the pump so it is easy to control the amount of usage. It does remove the makeup on the skin and cleanses the skin well. The skin is also tone up after that.

If you are below 35, then it is better to use the Wakame range as the Okuru range might be too thick for skin below 35 which doesn’t need the extra oil.  Their main ingredients Wakame is sourced from pristine water of Tasmania in Australia and Patagonia in South America. It is also certified Halal and Kosher so there is no parabens or petrochemicals inside Lapurete skincare products.

Korean tints are available in many forms and you will love it even if you are not hit by the Korean wave.  I particularly love tints because it doesn't cause my lips to chaps even when my lips are already looking like tree barks.  My lips are just so dry that even Vaseline can’t help much.
