Hi gorgeous,

I am a sucker for pretty packaging but only if the content is good.  Canmake is a Japanese brand that produce really pretty and beautiful cosmetics 😀 . Their blush are really well known for its quality and packaging.

Here is the Canmake Glow Fleur Cheeks which is so gorgeous that it takes me really some time before I am willing to use it.

Canmake Glow Fleur Cheeks comes in 7 types. The case is from sturdy light plastic which is also compact making it really easy to carry around.

The one I have here is the [07] Lemon&Cherry Fleur.  It comes out as soft peach colour which has slight glow sheen.  The brush is soft and surprisingly good in picking up the pigment from the blush pan.  Since it is white, I can see the amount of blush on the brush which is better than a brown brush.

Application of the product is easy and although it is powdery it doesn't cake on my skin.  One swipe is actually pigmented enough for the colour to appear on the skin but it is build able to suit your liking without looking dry.  Canmake Glow Fleur Cheeks powder is finely milled soft and give me a soft glow which looks like my own natural flush.😍

Canmake Glow Fleur Cheeks is free from mineral oils, petroleum-based surfactants, fragrance, and alcohol.  There is also other plant extract in the in such as Ectoin, collagen, hyaluronic acid, arbutin, rosemary leaf extract, pomegranate flower extract, damask rose flower oil, rosehip oil and Rosa multiflora fruit extract to help prevent dryness of the skin.

The colour of the blush doesn't fade on me for about 5 hours wear.  It is also rub proof because I tried rubbing it a few times but the colour won't disappeared.  😟However, it is not waterproof so if you walk in the heavy rain it will get wash off.  The colour also fade if you have oily skin or sweat a lot.

Overall, Canmake Glow Fleur Cheeks is a nice blush. Great texture, smooth application and if you are looking for a natural glow on your skin with beautiful flowery packaging.  This makes a great gift too especially for the upcoming gifting season.

SIMPLE SNOW WHITE MAKEUP TUTORIAL/ JAPANESE IGARI MAKEUP TUTORIAL

Since Halloween is coming soon, I am just thinking to do another makeup tutorial which is easy to do with three makeup product or 4 makeup products for a quick simple makeup that probably takes 5 minutes.  It took me about 20minutes because I don't have the skills despite being a blogger so you get why I don't use 15 to 20makeup products in a makeup tutorial.

I am actually planning for the Kpop Gain in Carnival MV but then it turns out that I look more like an Asian Snow White since I don't have blonde hair.  This is also a makeup where I try out the Japanese Igari blush.

So here is a simple Snow White makeup tutorial/ Japanese Igari makeup tutorial with just 3 makeup products.

Here are the makeup items needed for this look:
1. a liquid lipstick- Bourjois Souffle de velvet Lipstick in Plum Plum Pidou
2. foundation/makeup base-Clio Kill Cover Liquid Founwear Ampoule Cushion
3. eyebrow pencil- Beige Chuu Hard Finish Eye Brow in Dark Brown 253
4. an hair accessories
5.eyeliner (optional)- I didn't use one
6. cushion puff of the beauty blender (if you are not using cushion)

The products here are optional. I am using the same product for my lips and my blush.  You can use different product but then since I like to keep it simple so I just a sheer pink liquid lipstick that I have.  You can use peach colour which is flattering on most skin tone if pink is not your favour.

The cushion puff is essential for to make the blush natural so if you do not have a cushion puff, a beauty blender will also be okay.  Brushes doesn't really work.

Here is the colour that I use.  I am of a neutral skin tone so this is sheer pink that I use.

1. Apply your base product or foundation.

2. Apply lipstick. Go for the full lips.
3. Draw the brow slightly straight or according to your eyebrow shape.

4. Dot sheer liquid lipstick or tint on the side of the eyes.  Don't dot on the middle of the cheeks because it will look weird.  Make sure to look for product that doesn't dry fast else it will be hard to smudge it around.

5. The using a cushion puff or a beauty blender, pat it on the side of the eyes where the blush is.   Then pat the blush going towards the nose. Don't smear as it will remove all the foundation.

6. You will find that the blush look more natural that way.

This is how it looks from near. It can looks like Chinese Opera look if apply too much or the colour is too red.

This is without the hairband.  So, it looks like the Igari makeup.

7. Just a headband (use a red one) to look like Snow White.

Lipstick is one of the makeup product that I wear even if I am rushed for time.  I think every women will own at least one lipstick and some have over twenty lipstick at one time.  It is a fashion statement or just to boost confidence looking polished and presentable.

However, I don't usually buy matte lipstick because they usually make my lips dry, cracked and peels which is not sexy to look at.

Bourjois Souffle de velvet Lipstick in shade 07 Plum Plum Pidou.  The bottle comes in form of a bottle with the doe applicator which is easy to carry around.

Bourjois Souffle de velvet Lipstick  comes in form of liquid which upon application has sheer matte tint colour on my lips.  It has velvety soft smooth texture which is really rare for matte lipstick.  I do like the colour which is sheer but bright and vivid on my lips.  It doesn't smell flowery. If you know how unscented things smell, it is something like plasticky smell but the smell disappeared on the lips.

Bourjois Souffle de velvet Lipstick doesn't fade, hydrate the skin for as long as it stay on the lips without any balm provided that you do not eat or drink.  The lipstick is not transfer proof so you will need to apply after eating.  The lipstick doesn't make my lips patchy or leave unsightly marks so I guess it makes removing before eating easy or application after eating easy.

Overall, Bourjois Souffle de velvet Lipstick is a great matte lipstick if you are looking into trying liquid matte lipstick that won't dry the lips and has the effect of tint.

HARLEY QUINN SUICIDE SQUAD INSPIRED MAKEUP ON ASIAN FACE

Hi,

It has been a long time since I did a makeup tutorial.  I just have to admit that I hardly do one since I am lousy in makeup skills and I just feel bad for showing you a lousy tutorial.

However, here is a simple easy tutorial using just 5 makeup products.  It can be 4 products if you already have a good skin.  Personally, I don't use so many makeup products because I find that it takes more than 3 hours for me to be using 20 makeup products on my face when I don't spend as much effort on my skincare routine.

You might have different opinion than me but I am a believer in skincare products and food.  So, if I am not going to spend 20 skincare products and 3 hours on my face everyday, I won't do the same for my makeup given that my makeup skills is worse than a 3 years old.  hahahaha

So, here is a Harley Quinn Suicidé squad inspired makeup on Asian face.  I have hooded eyelids and Asian features, don't have blonde wig(won't spend on one) and so lazy to wear blue circle lens.  Please do understand that some instructions might not be the same.

 

 

So, here are makeup items needed.  You don't have to use the same thing as I do because there are other makeup products better than what's here. I'm using them because I have them in hand&some I bought cheap.

Makeup products:

Burgundy lipstick-Lakme Absolute matte in Burgundy

blue eyeshadow/ Blue eyeliner-Catrice waterproof eyeliner in 110 Rendez-blue

Black eyeliner-Urban Decay 24/7 in Zero

foundation/bb cushion/concealer- Clio Kill Cover Liquid Founwear Ampoule Cushion

(colour concealer is also the same)primer (optional)- Catalina Geo Color Capsule Makeup Base in violet

There are nicer eyeliner from BBIA or Clio but since I need to smudge them, anything cheap will do.  I don't own any brushes so I am just using my middle finger and the Clio cushion puff to do all the smudge and application.

As for the red eyeshadow, just use the same burgundy lipstick or red blusher if you have one because who buys red eyeshadow and use them for daily wear???

As for face base, look for one tone lighter or you could just mix some really fine powdered up rice powder into your foundation.

You could add mascara or fake eyelashes but I don't because I have lack of skills.

1. Use a primer or concealer to cover dark circles or redness.

2. Then use a makeup base on the face to make the skin look even and flawless. I just use Clio bb cushion since I am lazy.

3. Draw the eyebrow thin and long.

5. For right eye, pick up a little product from your burgundy lipstick or pigmented tint.  Apply it on the bottom of the lid, smudge it at the creases to lighten it a bit. Don't extend too much else it will look weird.

6.  Apply a black or dark blue eyeliner as near as possible at the base of the eyelid.  Doesn't matter if it is not prefect since no one is going to notice the full eyeliner if you have hooded eyelids or mono-lids.

Left eye

7. Do the same for your left eye but with a blue eyeshadow or eyeliner. I just draw the blue eyeliners on my fingers and pat it on my eyelids. It looks light in this photo because of lighting.

8. Then draw the eyeliner with a blue eyeliner near the base of eyelids.  I am just using the same Catrice blue eyeliner on my eyelids.

9. Okay, this is a lousy smudge since I am using fingers and just drag it once. Apply a little and use a tiny brush to drag it done.

10. This looks better. Apply a little of blue at the corner and slow drag it down a little.
11. Draw a little heart.
12. Lastly apply a burgundy lipstick.

 

13. Smile crazy. Don't smile like me.  This is too polite to be Harley Quinn.

I didn't draw eyeliner at the bottom of my eyes because my eyes type doesn't need it unless you draw the waterline which makes me cry non stop. Overall, this is a simple look that you can whip up in 5minutes for Halloween.  I am sure you can do better than me.  XD
