DIRECTIONS:

After cleansing your face, gently apply the toner using a cotton pad or your hands.

450, 000ppm rice extract are one of the popular traditional ingredients for beautiful soft fair skin.

It is also good for anti aging, reduce lines and wrinkles, fading dark spots and acne scars. 

There is also ceramides, exfoliants and brightening ingredients.

Other plant ingredients Centella Asia tica Extract, Fig Fruit Extract, Oat Kernel Extract, Arti choke Leaf Extract are for soothing, speed up healing and reduce skin irritation.

Most of the ingredients are good for anti aging, dry skin, sensitive skin, brightening skin and dark spots.

Texture: Rice milky white coloured liquid without any scent.  The watery liquid goes on transparent once absorbs into the skin. 

Review: Light watery milky rice toner that absorbs easily onto the skin.  It hydrates the skin and suitable for layering.  It is also nice to use it with compressed mask for masking before make up.  It is gentle and good for dry skin type.  It doesn't irritate my skin, doesn't break me out and reduce redness on my skin. It doesn't do much for existing breakouts but it does help to speed up healing of red acne scars.

Overall: It is good gentle hydrating soothing toner with simple good ingredients for any skin type.
