Acwell Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner has a pH level of 5.5 to effectively balance your skin. Peony extract, licorice water 10% , Cimicifuga, Green tea extract and Arrowroot- to calm skin skin, add luminosity, helps calm and reduce pigmentation, including acne scars and dark spots. After use, skin feels clean and smooth. It is for balancing and removing any impurities left on the skin after cleansing to help with the rest of the products in your routine absorb better.

There is oil and fragrance in Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Fruit Oil. It is a water based toner with main plant ingredient as Licorice.
Licorice is popular for soothing effect and reduce inflammation on skin. Glycyrrhizin can reduce redness, irritation and swelling on sensitive skin type.Rheum Palmatum, guava leaf&Camellia Sinensis are for hydrating skin and healing.
Rosa Hybrid, Perilla, Poncirus Trifoliata&Citrus Aurantium Bergamia are antiseptic, astringent and anti-inflammatory.Texture: Brownish light watery liquid that absorbs without any stickiness. It has herbal floral scent which disappeared once dries down.
Review: The licorice water 10% and other plant ingredients has a nice calming scent on me. It has pH5.5 which is good for sensitive skin or for those living with hard water or using cleanser with higher pH. I use it with cotton pad and find that it is hydrating, calming, doesn't clogged my pores, lessen breakouts and makes my pores look smaller. It lightly exfoliates my skin without irritation and gentle for everyday usage.
Overall: A gentle Korean traditional herbs for soft, hydratng, smooth skin for any skin type.
