Hi beautiful people,

Here are some skincare tips for mask acne

Types of masks
There are many types of mask around.  Althought it is more comfortable to wear cloth mask, it isn't really safe compare to the medical or N95.
Change your mask every 2hours. Most mask reach the capacity so unless you wear halzmat suit or those kind that is non disposable then try changing it.

Reduce humidity
Most of the time, sweat, hot and humidity cause acne or fungal to build up.
So if you are constantly sweating or feel hot inside, try this tip. Use a panty liner and stick it at the mask.  The mask will soak up the sweat. You can use the one from Daiso made for armpit. It will prevent humidity and sweat inside your mask.

Anti inflammatory skincare products
Anti inflammatory products reduce inflammation of the skin.  My favourite are neem power, mugwort, heartleaf and tea tree.  You can also look into skincare ingredients containing centella asiatica, echinacea, propolis, bha, mandelic acid, turmeric, ginger and hortunia cordata.

Have a healthy lifestyle
This is a no brainer but having a good lifestyle do increase the skin health and your overall complexison.  Eat balance meal and also drink some antiflammatory tea. Green tea, hibiscus tea, ginger tea, dokukami helps to reduce inflammation and protect your immune system. Eat fishes that contain good protein that are needed for healthy cells buildup.

Clean your face and moisturise
Wash with a gentle cleanser whenever you came back from outside and everytime you change your mask.  Some recommend to spray with alcohol or sanitizer but I just don't like reuse dirty mask with my saliva.  If you are using reusable mask, then wash it the mask and clean it before you use it again.
