Spring is here with many beautiful Korean makeup launches. Their theme this year are full of pretty colours and pigments. I love how Kbeauty has decided to step up their game in producing quality makeup with many vivid pigmented launches this 2021.

It is just great that Korean companies listen to what consumers want than keep telling us what we should use😄.

Review:

This palette has different kind of nude shades for a natural makeup look. There are subtle shimmery colours. The colours are good for daily simple makeup look. It doesn't fades and colour lasted the whole day. The pigment is of the Korean type of makeup which is not as pigmented but good enough for layering.

The Saem Saemmul Eye Primer

Review: This primer very budget friendly and get rave for the ability to hold your eye makeup. It does start a bit oily so let it dry a bit before applying your eyeliner and your eyeshadow. It makes the eyeshadow that normally fades not budge even one bit and never smudge but 8hours. The pigment also becomes more apparent with it. It is a good dupe of the expensive western brand.Highly recommend it to get.

Review:

2aN is a new Korean brand that has very vibrant beautiful makeup. The blushers are in nice packaging, soft with minimal fallout. The colour lasts on me for about 8hours.

#01 Cotton Candy Violet which is more suitable as highlighter or eyeshadow on my Korean shades 22. So, if you are very pale or prefer mauve as your blush, then the lavender will show beautifully on your skin.

Swatches in the photo are done with fingers and three layers.

#04 Hot Living Coral is a nice beautiful blush suitable for any skin tone. It shows really flattering on my skin. Mix the two together and you will get the shades that most female Kpop idols are wearing in the music videos.

Review:

Packaging that looks like dupe of very famous western brand. The colour is very pigmented, flattering shade of dry rose and doesn't dry my lips despite it being matte. #Rosy Chiffon is a popular shade for Korean makeup beauty shows, KPop music videos and on social medias in Korea. It does smudge and start disappearing once you eat. It smells just like dried rose but not overwhelming.

Review: It has peach scent to me. It is a simple colourless balm for lips or just to add on that 'dewy glow makeup'. The packaging is really nice of aluminium cap with glass pot so becareful not to drop it to the floor.

Review: Both balm has faint scent of grape which is nice. I really love both the colour on my lips as it is MLBB and just look good on any skin tones. It is also smooth, very hydrating on my lips, stain the lips with a pretty subtle hue. You can layer it up for more distinct colour. A good tinted lip balm for any ocassion. I think it is very similar to that expensive western brand.

A mascara with 2 types that delivers long-lasting eyelash makeup without smudging.
Fixer: A eyelash fixer that helps fix the lashes to keep the eyelash makeup more long-lasting.
Black: A mascara that helps volumise the lashes and keeps the eyelash makeup long-lasting without smudging.

Review: The size of the brushes are nice for my asian lashes. It makes it easy to apply. I do need to use both helps to get more volume and made eyelashes visible to the point of having wearing fake eyelashes. I have sparse Asian lashes so it does make it visible. As for the effect, it does last on the eyes for 8hours and more. The problem I find is it is hard to remove this mascara so make sure to have good oil and micellar water.

Overall: I like all the makeup items in this package not because they are free but I am just blown away by how much quality and thought are put into making makeup items for Korean cosmetics. The

price is also budget friendly.

RED VELVET IRENE PYSCHO MAKEUP TUTORIAL

Hi beautiful,

I keep hearing Red Velvet Psycho songs everywhere so when I checked out the music videos, I saw the Irene makeup which is just so beautiful. So here is an inspired take on Red Velvet Irene psycho makeup with my lousy skill 😂 for hooded eyes like mine.

Besides I look nothing like her at all so it is not a transformation look. I used asian makeup beauty items except for one items.

From her music video, her eyeshadows are actually orangey kind of colour. Her makeup artist mixed two types of shimmer for eyelids. as for her lip, her makeup artist actually use an orange colour from M.A.C but since I don't have it, I use coral. Her blush also match her lips which has orange hint in it.

REVIEW ON GEO MEDICAL ANGEL CIRCLE LENS IN GREY FROM LENSCIRCLE

To look similar or almost similar to the many Kpop transformation look or cosplay, circle lens are just essential. Most if not all Kpop idols wear some sort of circle lens in their music videos.

Geo Medical Angel Circle Lens in Grey comes with picture instruction card on how to open it. So, do look at the card first before opening the bottle. It also has nice lens case with a cute bag.

The colour I choose is grey since grey looks pretty natural on Asian eyes compared to blue or grey. The contact lens is pretty comfortable since I can wear it for about 8 hours and it is not drying. Geo Medical is pretty popular brand for circle lens and I have wear them a few times. Geo Medical lens are made in Korea so their lenses are safe and pretty good.

The enlargement is pretty subtle and not too obvious. Still some people would ask me if that is my true eyes colour since it looks natural. I do like the effect on my eyes and make me look good after some makeup😍.

Overall, Geo Medical Angel Circle Lens in Grey is a nice subtle circle lens suitable for stage, cosplay or just to do some Kpop makeup.

REVIEW ON SEP MY MOTT KIT MULTI MAKEUP KIT IN #02 CHEER ME

What I like about Kbeauty is that Korean cosmetics industries offers affordable price with good quality and put thoughts into their packaging as well. Most of these brands are not popular well known road-shop brands but many of them offer high quality innovative products.

The Korean cosmetics for makeup are picking up their pace with more pigmented makeup which was lacking 5 years back when I started getting into Kbeauty.

Here is a review on the SEP My MOTT Kit Multi Makeup Kit in #02 Cheer Me. There are three kits that offers different kind of look. All three of the kits offer everything needed to complete face makeup in just one light compact kit that not bigger than my palm.

01# Wake Me (Pink Beige) : 4 Eyeshadows 4.8g + Lip&Cheek stick 1.3g + Tinted lip balm 1.3g
02# Cheer Me (Nude Orange) : 4 Eyeshadows 4.8g + Lip&Cheek stick 1.3g + Highligter stick 1.5g
03# Shake Me (Smoky Sparkling) : 4 Eyeshadows 4.8g + Lip&Cheek stick 1.3g + Multi balm stick 1.3g

Usage:
- Eyeshadows : Use finger tip or brush to apply evenly over the eye area.
- Lip&Cheek stick : Spread an appropriate amount gently on your lips or cheeks.
- Highlighter stick : Apply proper amount to the nose, the clown, the lip mountain softly.
- Multi balm stick : Apply an appropriate amount and gently spread over the area where moisture is required.

- Tinted lip balm : Apply the appropriate amount gently to lips.

Tips:
Please take out the contents little by little so that the mini stick does not break.
After use, please put the contents into the container after turning it all the way down.

SEP My MOTT Kit Multi Makeup Kit in #02 Cheer Me comes in an orange light plastic casing which is sturdy as I drop it a few times to the floor but lucky it did not broke or chip. I can also separate the eye-shadow which makes it easier to use the eye-shadows.

The one I have is the 02# Cheer Me (Nude Orange) : 4 Eyeshadows, Lip and Cheek stick, Highlighter stick. One can use the eyeshadow as eyeliners and even blusher.

The result is an orange fresh makeup which is suitable for a daily wear or a casual date.

As for the level of pigmentation, I think they are pretty great for Korean makeup since nobody really wear heavy stage makeup daily. The texture is soft and can be picked up by brush or fingers. In the photos, I use brush(E.L.F brush) and only one swipe.

The eyeshadows have a nice soft pigment even with just one swipe. I can build the colour without making it cakey. The orange gold is the only shimmery eyeshadow which is actually very beautiful of all the 4 eyeshadows. All the other colour is matte which is suitable for that subtle Korean makeup. The colour does stay provided you do not rub it off.

The lip and Cheek stick has the colour of Cherry Tomato which is a matte soft red with nice pigment and application is smooth and easy on my lips. You do need to make sure your lips is really hydrated or it will pick on the flakes on the lip. I find that it works better as cheek blush.

The highlighter is soft and very subtle shimmer highlighter. On very light skin, it doesn't really show up much.

Overall, SEP My MOTT Kit Multi Makeup Kit in #02 Cheer Me is a nice easy makeup kit that is easy to carry especially during travelling for that nice fresh simple subtle makeup look without carrying too many things.
