REVIEW ON JUNGLE BOTANICS FOREST LEAVES COOLING SHAMPOO

Hi,

Actually by the time I write this Jungle Botanics Forest Leaves Cooling Shampoo, I have nearly finished using this shampoo since I started using it since February 2017.  Shampoo is something that I finish fast since I wash my long hair nearly everyday.

I have oily scalp and with a hot humid weather, my hair gets oily fast.
So, if you share the same scalp type with me, then check this review on Jungle Botanics Forest Leaves Cooling Shampoo.

Ingredients:
Water, Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Coco-glucoside, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Cocoyl Alaninate, Menthol, Sodium Hydroxide, Polyquaternium-7, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Mannitol, Sucrose, Butylene Glycol, Buteth-3, Salicylic Acid, Climbazole, Origanum Vulgare Leaf Extract, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Extract, Moringa Oleifera Leaf Extract, Malpighia Emarginata (Acerola) Fruit Extract, Gaultheria Procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf Extract, Euterpe Oleracea Fruit Extract, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Extract, Crocus Sativus Flower Extract, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Extract, Achillea Millefolium Flower Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Pentaclethra Macroloba Seed Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Extract, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Bertholletia Excelsa Seed Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Tributyl Citrate, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Prunus Persica (Peach) Kernel Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Hippophae Rhamnoides Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Gossypium Herbaceum (Cotton) Seed Oil, Euterpe Oleracea Fruit Oil, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Sodium Benzotriazolyl Butylphenol Sulfonate, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, 1,2-Hexanediol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Chromium Hydroxide Green, CI 19140, CI 42053, Fragrance

Jungle Botanics Forest Leaves Cooling Shampoo comes in form of clear greenish gel with some greenish beads that melted upon contact with water.  The shampoo does foam up well and one pump is enough to wash my hair.  It does have slight sharp refreshing scent of peppermint mix with tea tree.

Jungle Botanics Forest Leaves Cooling Shampoo doesn't contain sulfate and phthalate which is great since it doesn't have build off in the long run.  It does washes of easily and leaves no residue.  If you want the sort of cooling feeling, you do need to leave the shampoo on the hair for about 1 minute instead of immediately wash it off.

Another point that some might like about this shampoo is it has a low pH of about 5-6 which is slightly acidic if you are into the low pH thing for skin and now it translated to hair.

Only let the shampoo touch your scalp as if you use it on your normal or dry hair it will dry up and tangle if you wash your hair with enthusiasm like I do (which translated to rough handling of my hair). Some people use another shampoo on their hair since our scalp and hair can be different but that is up to you. Another is using their warming treatment which is like conditioner on the hair.

I could wash my hair on alternate day when I use this shampoo since it does have oil control on my scalp. I normally have to wash my hair everyday with the humidity and the dust.

I don't have dyed hair so I can't say anything about the duration of the colour when using this hair shampoo.

Jungle Botanics Forest Leaves Cooling Shampoo is for someone with oily scalp, humid weather or great for summer and looking for low pH shampoo which is supposedly gentle for the scalp. You do have to use it with a hair conditioner or their warming treatment.

Max Clinic Deep and Deeper Meso Change ampoule contains 25% coria collagen(olive , centella asiatica leaf water, ceramide NP, ceramide EOP, ceramide NS, ceramide AP, glycerin), adenosine, niacinamide, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, argan oil, cotton seed oil, vitamin E, jojoba oil, sunflower, collage, squalene and Actium Lappa seed oil. There is no preservative, fragrance and no color.

The ampoule has the texture of milky emulsion which absorbs into the skin leaving a slight gloss look. I used the extra ampoule as eye cream and it does work great to hydrate it.

The roller is like the dermaroller but the needles are made from 97% Sodium Hyaluronate.  It is used to cause micro holes and for the hyaluronic acid to get into the skin.  The roller is easy to use and there is no painful sensation at all when I roll it on my skin.  If you have acne below the skin, you will be able to feel then when you are using the roller.  The rollers are only for one time usage.

The effect is similar to fillers or using a lot of hydrating on the face. The skin is glowy, moisturise, bouncy, firmer and smaller pores.  The moisturising ingredients inside the ampoules and the hyaluronic acid are recommended once per week.

Overall, Max clinic Meso Change Program is a product for those looking for instant spa Korean glowy bouncy healthy skin result at home. I do think it is worth the price given that the same result in dermatologist is way more than this program.

REVIEW ON WECOMED MAGIC MAKEUP REMOVER

Hi Beauties,

Today is a review on makeup remover by a skin clinic which I think worth to check it out. It is the Wecomed Magic Makeup Remover.

This is my first time trying the mist makeup remover which is intriguing as I wonder about the performance since mist is mostly know as a skincare item.

Wecomed Magic Makeup Remover

Ingredient list:
Purified Water, Polyglyceryl-10-Laurate, Pentylene Glycol, Caprylic/Capric Acid Triglyceride, Behenyl Alcohol, Polyglyceryl-10 Pentastearate, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Arginine, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Triethylene Glycol, Disodium EDTA,1,3-Butylene Glycol, Glycol Cetearate, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid.

Wecomed Magic Makeup Remover

Wecomed Magic Makeup Remover claimed to be a gentle yet effective mist makeup remover that will remove all the makeup without leaving oily residues.
The ingredients are simple and the first ingredient is water.  Polyglyceryl-10-Laurate, Polyglyceryl-10 Pentastearate and Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate are emulsifier that removes those makeup.

Phenoxyethanol is a preservative.

Caprylic/Capric Acid Triglyceride from coconut oil and glycerin and it is an emollient and skin-replenishing ingredient.  Pentylene Glycol, Arginine, 1,3-Butylene Glycol and Glycol Cetearate are moisturiser.

Sodium Citrate and Citric Acid are used as PH adjuster here so this makeup remover has a low PH of 5.

There is Fragrance,  Triethylene Glycol (solvent) and Disodium EDTA which is used to remove heavy metal from blood.

Wecomed Magic Makeup Remover has spray nozzle and the shape of bottle which is easy and comfortable to use.  The makeup remover came out as really fine mist that you can spray on your face but make sure it does not get into the hair area.

It does remove my makeup easily even the waterproof one. As for eye makeup, I spray the makeup remove onto the cotton pad and place the cotton pad on the eyes area for 1minute before gently wipe it of with no rubbing hard.  It removes even most difficult sweat-proof eyeliner. It does have slight fragrance which I am unable to describe it.

Wecomed Magic Makeup Remover does not irritate my eyes when I used it to remove my eyes makeup. I do need to rinse the makeup remover as I am the type that like the feeling of using water after that. My skin is not dry after using it to remove my makeup which is nice.

Here is a video for the review of the Wecomed Magic makeup remover by Wecomed.

Overall, Wecomed Magic Makeup Remover is a great mist type makeup remover which is gentle to the skin.

KOREAN DIAMOND NAILS ART DESIGN TUTORIAL INSPIRED BY UNISTELLA

Hi,
Diamond nails is one of the popular Korean nail trend in 2017. Besides, diamond is women best friend right? 👯🃁

Korean diamond nails art design

So here is a simple Korean diamond nails art design inspired by Unistella which you could try it yourself at home. If you like shattered nails which uses holographic papers, this diamond nail is an extension of it.

It doesn't last that long compare to normal nails.  However, getting it done at the salon by professional can be costly although it is really pretty to look at.  Get a good adhesive for nail to use with this diamond nails for the effect to last longer.

You do not have to use the exact same thing as I use since something similar will do.

Things needed:
-Nail polish in silver. (OPI in silver canvas)
-filler base (Withshyan filler base coat)
-holographic silver paper
-nail adhesive or nail glue
-toothpick, ruby pusher or tweezers

simple Korean diamond nails art design inspired by Unistella

Tutorial on a simple Korean design, Diamond nail art.
1. Cut the holographic silver paper into shards.
2. Apply base coat.Wait for it to dry.
3. Apply silver nail polish. It doesn't have to be nice.
4. Pick the cut shard using tweezers or toothpick.  Apply some glue.
5. Apply it on the nails. Do not leave any space between the shards.
6. Use a nail clipper or nail scissors to make the nail neater.
7. Done.

So here is a simple easy diamond nails that you can do at home. I don't use any top coat as it distort the holographic paper and make the colour really dull and looks bad. If you use gel nail for top coat, it will last longer.  You could also use a really good nail glue to stick the holographic paper onto the nail for more longer wear.  You could do variation with using different colour of holographic paper for fruit diamond designs which are pretty too.  For examples various with pineapple and watermelon design.

I hope that you like this simple easy to do diamond nails design.

Kicho Ultra Moisturising Sun Cream SPF 50 PA+++ comes in a tube which has the pump as the head and makes it easy to control amount of product to use.  It also avoid spillage during travelling.  The design is also pretty since it has gold and black design on a white surface.  I really love the simplicity of it.

Kicho Ultra Moisturising Sun Cream SPF 50 PA+++ uses physical filter and chemical filter.  The cream is also water based as the first ingredient is water.  There is a lot of plant ingredients, fermented ingredients, calming ingredients such as Camellia Japonica, silicone which is low in the list and also fragrance.  Many of the ingredient are moisturising too such as vitamin E, hyaluronic acid, soybean ferment and alfafa extract.

The fragrance is the same scent as Kicho Sheep oil cream which is light lemony which disappears gradually after one hour or if I use a mist after that.

Kicho Ultra Moisturising Sun Cream SPF 50 PA+++ has a really good texture as it comes out in a light yellowish cream. It turns into a light soft lotion which spread smoothly on the skin.  The Sun Cream does not leave any cast on the skin, make the skin feel moist and soft to the touch. It dries down with a moisturise look but not matte or too wet which is great for application of makeup so that the skin would not have those dry patches on.  After 12 hours, my T zone does have a little bit of oil showing through on them while my cheek and other area are the same as when I applied them in the morning.

It doesn't clogged my skin when I applied in moderation. Applying too much does make my skin greasy and prone to clog.  I see this as being great for drier skin type and for winter where preventing moisture loss is important.

Overall, Kicho Ultra Moisturising Sun Cream SPF 50 PA+++ is a nice moisturising sun cream for dry skin type, drier climate with no allergic to the ingredients in the products.

DOES DERMAROLLING WORK? REVIEW ON DERMAROLLER BANISH ACNE SCARS KIT-XS PEN BANISHER &VITAMIN C ELIXER

Does dermaroller work? Horrifying dermaroller from Banish Acne Scars Kit-XS Pen Bainisher and vitamin C elixer for review today?

It is not news that I have acne prone skin and have been dealing with it all my life😭.  My blog is also partly one of the reason I started blogging besides practicing my English.  I know how it feels having low confidence and had tried so many acne methods including using gross stuff (don't want to think about it now)😵.

Although I don't have terrible acne scars now, I am still left with those dented scars (pits, box scars) which no topical products can help to get rid of.  I can't afford laser since I am just a poor working class person and definitely not famous enough to get free procedure treatments.

I told myself to just live with those dents until Daisy Jing from The Acne Channel offer to send me some products from the Banish line, I was so ecstatic about it😍.

I am really grateful for it is sent all over from US. Banish products are vegan and cruelty free. I am sorry it took me more than a year for this review since I really want to know how it works.

So, here is the Banish Kit that I have received.

Banisher: an applicator used to apply Banish's natural Vitamin C serum

M Banisher -For people who want to brighten, improve texture of their skin&reduce the appearance of blemishes. Use once every 1-2 weeks. Once every 2 week recommended for most people. Can be used on face or body.

XS Pen Stamp-This is if you have active acne to spot treat any problem areas. Use around active pimples.
Use once every 2 weeks if you have sensitive skin, or once a week for best results. Best when combined with Vitamin C Serum.

Do not use Banisher over Active Acne.  Avoid sun exposure while using the Banisher.
Do not use when on Accutane. Consult with your dermatologist before use if you are using a prescription based acne cream or medication.

Banisher is actually a dermaroller.  It works by creating micro channels in your skin which causes skin to repair itself and build new collagen fibers and when combined with the serum; it helps reduce scarring, wrinkles, and depletion of collagen in skin. It can help fade acne scars without resorting to laser treatment. Even if you do not have acne scars, the micro channels also let your skincare products absorb much deeper into skin to increase their effectiveness.

Review:  The titanium needles are actually very fine, well made and it doesn't cause me any pain.  I do like that I can use Banish XS pen stamp around my acne scars and not on the acne itself.  This avoid puncturing the acne or cause inflammation.  The scars heals better and doesn't leave any dented scars when I use this XS stamp right after the pimples pop.  I think it is good to prevent those dented scars or keloid scars which normally happens after the pimples disappeared.  It is not for huge dented scars but works better for new scars and prevent additional acne scars.  It does help with my skin texture to be more smooth since it helps the skin to absorb serum after that.

Directions: Apply 2-4 drops daily and pat onto clean skin. Best when used after the Banisher. Store in a dark cool area.

Shelf life: 6 months Volume: 15 ml

Ingredients:
Glycerin, 99.9% Pure Grade L-Ascorbic (Vitamin C) acid, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Certified Organic Filet of Aloe Vera), hamamelis virginiana extract (made from Certified Organic Witch Hazel) Ferulic Acid, Tocopherol (Vitamin E),Rosa Centifolia (Rose) Flower Water, Rosehip Oil, Grapefruit Seed Extract, citric acid.

Review: The dark glass bottle helps prevent oxidation.  Banish Vitamin C Serum has slight texture of gel.  It has the smell of rose.  I am actually allergic to the combination of rose with witch hazel but since the formulation of the ingredients is not high, it just cause me little feeling of itch. I only use it sparingly and each time of 2 to 4 drops.  It doesn't seems to absorb because the weather here has humidity of 90%.  Banish Vitamin C serum helps my skin to be smoother, nicely hydrated. less red and generally better.  The effect doesn't come instantly but after a month of usage.  It doesn't prevent acne but it works for acne scars, the skin texture and the tone of the skin.  The vitamin C is stable since 2 months passed and the vitamin C is still clear in colour =).

**Make sure you use a sunscreen and put Vitamin C serum in the fridge to lengthen the shelf life.

BANISH ACNE SCARS KIT-XS PEN BANISHER &VITAMIN C ELIXER
Banish Acne Scars Kit

Overall, I would say this Banish Acne Scars Kit is not a miracle for those looking for a One Day Miracle or get rid of acne forever without looking into your lifestyle and food😍.  I do like it that it helps to prevent acne scars, reduce existing acne scars, reduce my redness, make my skin smoother and helps with healing.  Moreover, their products are vegans, cruelty free and organic which is I think what most people are looking into.
It is just that you do need to have a clear expectation on not relying just on topical products for acne solution.  You do need to use a few products such as cleanser, sunscreen and a moisturiser to get rid of acne, protect your skin and not to undo the goodness of this Banish Acne vitamin C serum.
