Don't worry it won't turned you into pale vampire unless your are born with very pale skin.

So, when Skinfood came out with rice mask, it became very popular.  Now it is still one of Skinfood popular products.

Suggested Use:
After cleansing, massage gently into damp skin and apply evenly on the face avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water..

The star ingredient is in the no5 list that is Oryza sativa (rice) bran extract which is the brown outer layer of the rice kernel (plant) to soften skin and protect the skin.  

Contains popular hydrating ingredients that is Hyaluronic Acid in form of Sodium Hyaluronate which is a humectant that takes water from the air to hydrate skin.

There are also ingredients for hydration that are Algin, Glycerin, Jojoba Ester and Polyglutamic Acid

The rest the ingredients are for emulsifier, texture, and preservatives. 

Texture: It has the texture of cooked rice porridge.  There is floral fragrance that last through the mask process.

Review: Application is easy and smooth.  It is soft and rubbing it on the skin does not hurt the skin.  it is easy to wash it off and leave the skin feels smooth, brighter, soft and hydrated. Not sure if it does anything on my pimples and acne prone area but it doesn't clogged it.  It does brighten the skin after a few usages.

Overall: A nice brightening and hydrating maks for normal to dry skin type.  If will like it more if there is no added floral fragrance in this mask.

The star ingredient is also the first ingredient in this product which is sucrose which is Sugar.  Sugar is a natural exfoliant and humectant. It mildly exfoliate the skin and also hydrate the skin.

There are ingredients are for exfoliating, moisturising and prevent dryness.
It also contains vitamin e, lanolin and shea butter, Macadamia Oil, Meadowfoam Seed Oil,Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and glycerin.

Other ingredients are emulsifier, fragrance and preservatives.

Texture: Use organic Black Sugar granules that melts with contact of damp skin.  It has lemony scent which disappeared once wash off.

Review: A cult classic mask wash off that use organic Black Sugar granules. It exfoliates away dead skin cells and make my skin smooth and soft. Skin does look brighter,clearer and smooth to touch.  Do becareful with area with acne though.  It has lemony scent which disappeared once rinse off. I usually apply on damp skin with oil cleanser and no hard scrub.  It is good for exfoliating lips too 

Overall: A affordable exfoliating mask for normal to dry skin type and for brighten the skin.

Carrot Beta-carotene is a potent antioxidant. Antioxidants may help reduce the signs of aging

There is seaweed which has high antioxidants that help plump skin and smooth fine lines.
Other plant ingredients are Olive Oil, Orange Oil, Mugwort oil, Patchouli oil, Lavender oil which are for anti aging, reduce blemishes and skin irritation.

The rest the ingredients are for emulsifier, texture, pH adjusting and preservatives. 

Texture: The plastic jar is full of essence with plush soft thick cotton.  One side is embossed while the other side is smooth. I could separate the cotton pads into two.  It is very gentle on my skin.  There is no scent and the essence is clear.

Review: I apply it on my face for 10minutes to cool down my face and then followed up with moisturiser. It calms my skin, reduce breakouts and soothe redness on my face.  I enjoy using it twice a week for quick spot masking on my face.

Overall: It is a great soothing pads for calming acne prone skin and speed up healing.

Decyl Glucoside is a glucose-based (from coconut oil) surfactant that clean the skin by trapping oil, sebum, and dirt to be washed away.

Contains hydrating ingredients such as glycerin, panthenol &Propylene Glycol

Sodium Benzoate, chlorphenesin&Potassium Sorbate preservative.

There are ingredients for texture, pH adjusting and fragrance. 

Texture: It is watery and there is no scent to it.

Review: Gently remove the makeup without irritation and doesn't dry the skin.  It does work for waterproof makeup but need more cotton pad and time to remove them.  It is written no need to rinse but I still prefer to rinse.  It doesn't dry the skin after usage.

Overall: Gentle micellar water for dry and sensitive skin.

Texture: Nice soft light bluish gel texture without any scent.

Review: Gentle soft gel texture that goes on transparent on the skin.  It is better as a sleeping mask for me as it can pile with some makeup and sunscreen.  It is soothing, speed up healing, reduce redness , hydrating and help with bulding stronger skin barrier.  I find that it reduces breakouts after using it for 2 weeks.  It is is also safe for people with fungal acne.

Overall: Great Vegan gentle fungal safe with probiotic light moisturiser especially for combination oily skin type.
