Here is a very affordable Korean eyeliner that is bang for money.  It has quality that rivals that expensive western brand eyeliner but low price. Not to mention that I finally found an eyeliner that works on my oily eyelids without primer, in a pen and in my 35 celcius with 92% humidity.

Review:   I got it in brown black because it looks more natural on my eyelids black.  I have sparse eyelashes and my eyebrow looks gray instead of black so thus I got brown black.  It comes in form of pen with super thin pen liner that make application a breeze.  The liquid comes out very smooth and pigmented.  I don't even need to use primer when using this eyeliner.  It doesn't budge even after 8 hours on my oily eyelids and in hot humid temperature. The highly rave western brand doesn't even cut it and made me look like panda right after 30minutes.

Overall: A very affordable Korean eyeliner that is good on my hooded oily eyelids.  I will buy it again in the future for the good effect, ease of usage and the price point.

Review: 

This palette has different kind of nude shades for a natural makeup look.  There are subtle shimmery colours.  The colours are good for daily simple makeup look.  It doesn't fades and colour lasted the whole day.  The pigment is of the Korean type of makeup which is not as pigmented but good enough for layering.

Review: This primer very budget friendly and get rave for the ability to hold your eye makeup.  It does start a bit oily so let it dry a bit before applying your eyeliner and your eyeshadow.  It makes the eyeshadow that normally fades not budge even one bit and never smudge but 8hours.  The pigment also becomes more apparent with it.  It is a good dupe of the expensive western brand.Highly recommend it to get.

Review: 

2aN is a new Korean brand that has very vibrant beautiful makeup.  The blushers are in nice packaging, soft with minimal fallout.  The colour lasts on me for about 8hours.

 #01 Cotton Candy Violet which is more suitable as highlighter or eyeshadow on my Korean shades 22.  So, if you are very pale or prefer mauve as your blush, then the lavender will show beautifully on your skin.

#04 Hot Living Coral is a nice beautiful blush suitable for any skin tone.  It shows really flattering on my skin.  Mix the two together and you will get the shades that most female Kpop idols are wearing in the music videos.

Review:

Packaging that looks like dupe of very famous western brand.  The colour is very pigmented, flattering shade of dry rose and doesn't dry my lips despite it being matte.  #Rosy Chiffon is a popular shade for Korean makeup beauty shows, KPop music videos and on social medias in Korea.  It does smudge and start disappearing once you eat.  It smells just like dried rose but not overwhelming.

Review: It has peach scent to me.  It is a simple colourless balm for lips or just to add on that 'dewy glow makeup'.  The packaging is really nice of aluminium cap with glass pot so becareful not to drop it to the floor.

A tinted lip blam with 2 shades that delivers daily makeup with natural color payoff.
The balmy texture keeps the lips hydrated.
Dayz: Beige pink color that brings the lips vitality with natural color.
Knock: Red wine burgundy color that helps enhance complexion naturally.
Review: Both balm has faint scent of grape which is nice.  I really love both the colour on my lips as it is MLBB and just look good on any skin tones.  It is  also smooth, very hydrating on my lips, stain the lips with a pretty subtle hue.  You can layer it up for more distinct colour.  A good tinted lip balm for any ocassion.   I think it is very similar to that expensive western brand.

A mascara with 2 types that delivers long-lasting eyelash makeup without smudging.
Fixer: A eyelash fixer that helps fix the lashes to keep the eyelash makeup more long-lasting.
Black: A mascara that helps volumise the lashes and keeps the eyelash makeup long-lasting without smudging.

Review: The size of the brushes are nice for my asian lashes. It makes it easy to apply.   I do need to use both helps to get more volume and made eyelashes visible to the point of having wearing fake eyelashes.  I have sparse Asian lashes so it does make it visible.  As for the effect, it does last on the eyes for 8hours and more.  The problem I find is it is hard to remove this mascara so make sure to have good oil and micellar water.

 

Overall: I like all the makeup items in this package not because they are free but I am just blown away by how much quality and thought are put into making makeup items for Korean cosmetics.  The 

price is also budget friendly.

Here is a review on Hanyul Pure Artemisia Watery Calming Gel.

Hanyul is the more money friendly version of prestige Sulwhasoo (both are AmorePacific brands).

Hanyul is also a hanbang skincare line that uses Korean herbal ingredients (hanbang) and traditions with parent company AmorePacific’s research and technology.  They offer traditional healing products at a moderate price point with many good accessible products.

Compare to other Amore Pacific products, Hanyul is not marketed so most people won't really search for it.

Artemisia or Mugwort is  a known ingredient for purifying and soothing skin which comes from Ganghwa in South Korea.  The artemisia is harvested before May 5th according to the lunar calender.  Korean culture used mugwort as the first bathing water for mothers and babies.  This medicinal herb can also protect skin from damage and inflammation.

Texture&scent : It is a light gel mosituriser which absorbs fast and cooling on skin.  It has this fresh scent of powdery cologne.  There isn't mugwort scent.

Review:  I just doesn't really like jar much since I am lazy to clean spatula.  The gel goes on light and absorbs fast into the skin without any stickiness.  It is more hydrating than plain aloe vera gel actually.  It does seem to calm down my skin if I use it on hot days and use about two dime size of product.  It doesn't work to get rid of my hormonal stubborn acne though.

Overall: It is a good amount of moisturiser for combination acne prone skin or for oily skin type.  I think this product is no longer in production because Hanyul has the Mentha gel cream. As in 2021, I don't think they are making this anymore but there is another product in Hanyul to replace this mugwort gel but with lesser volume.
