I love this saying as smile is contagious and can make the other person feel at ease.  However, most of the time we are conscious of our yellowish teeth because of course we do not want to scare the other person of seeing our yellowish teeth.

Here is my teeth with the whitening gel.

Place them across both upper and lower sets of teeth then pressed on the gel and it will stick to the teeth until time to remove them.  I keep it on my teeth for 60 minutes once a day to remove the stain build-up. I use it continuously for 14 days.

There gel bubbles up a bit once you place the gel on the teeth.  There is no taste and I can drink water but of course I can feel something stuck on my teeth until I remove it.  It is not uncomfortable or painful =) .

So, here is the before and after.  Sorry of the after lighting is stronger but you can see the difference of teeth colour in both picture. Yes, my ugly teeth T_T

Is it worth it? Of course.  It is cheap, painless and safe to use everyday.

After cleansing, apply an amount of about half the dropper to the entire face area. Gently massage into the entire face using the palms and body heat to work into the skin.

For Sensitive Skin

After cleansing, prep the skin with toner and apply about 3-4 droplets of the Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop evenly onto the skin. For extra sensitive skin, try mixing a few drops into preferred serum or lotion until the skin is used to the product.


Tips
1) Vitamin C products are recommended for use during the day. Follow with sunscreen when using in daylight.
2) If it is your first time using a vitamin C product, a minor tingling may be experienced. This is a normal process due to the difference of pH levels in the skin and the vitamin C, and is absolutely safe to use.

1) Recommended to store it in a cool and dry place away from direct sun light.
2) For the best effect of vitamin C, please use it within 2~3 months after opening.
3) If a slight color change occurs, the effects of the product will not be influenced.

Here is the silver bottle.  It is actually plastic and not from glass.  So it is light.

The expiration date, manufactured date and the batch number is written in English so you do not have to worry about what Korean words are written there.

I like the extra effort they put into the opening of the bottle.  There is the band at the mouth of the bottle to avoid dispensing too much.  It is just enough for the dropper body..

Here is the middle of application. It dries down to a little sheen. Not greasy or really oily but a slight texture of jelly unless you apply the whole dropper. There is almost non existent fragrant which is excellent to people who like fragrant free.

The slight texture with viscous liquid is because of propylene glycol which is an organic non toxic compound so feel safe to use it =) .

Honestly, I was being cynical that it contains only 5% ascorbic acid and as how is it going to help my skin? But then my skin was quite irritated from a recent over enthusiasm on using all the AHA, BHA and vitamin C together just because someone said it works well on their skin.

My favourite C 21.5 stings and burns my skin like there is no tomorrow the moment I applied it on my face so I had to just stop most of my skincare products for a while. My skin was red and some form pimples appeared on my skin.


Then, this arrived and I need to get rid of the redness caused by pimples and over exfoliation so I decided to try this on my face. It didn't sting or burn my face. However, if you have extreme fragile skin like I did, then you can actually feel slightly 'warm' but it doesn't hurt at all.  I find that it does help to moisturise my skin, lighten the red marks and heal the skin.

So, to those who are using BHA, AHA, retinol, prescription in your skincare routine and still want to add in Vitamin C, I think Klairs Freshly juiced vitamin drop will be a better choice since it will not be irritating and the 5% vitamin C will be amplified by the exfoliation done by BHA, AHA and retinol already.


Klairs Freshly juiced vitamin drop since it is gentle but still provide my skin with goodness given my current sensitive skin condition.

If your new to using Vitamin C, have never use any actives before, have sensitive skin, do not have a fridge, constantly travelling, dislikes vitamin C that oxidise too fast then maybe try Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop?

Do you love sheet masks?  Sheet masks has become a daily skincare routine for flawless skin.  Many beauty enthusiasts are using sheet masks daily to maintain their skin.

Today, I am introducing masks from Taiwan.  There is hardly any review of this mask in English since it is not as popular as other type of mask from Taiwan but apparently it is very popular in Hong Kong.

I couldn't find any review of for the Sakura series in English but there are reviews in Chinese.  Unlike other masks, this mask have apparently many names but none of it is the same as the name in Chinese > <  .  Yeah, confusing for those who can't read Chinese.

There are actually Sakura Love Series, Morii Sakura Series and Love Series (also called Love of Beauty).


Love of Beauty masks are produce by Taiwan industry that owned over 75 years experience on skincare product, certificated by ISO 9000. It has a lot of essence and it smells like cucumber.  The essence is slightly thicker compared to other masks.  The smell is not too strong but stronger than bird nest's one.  It does hydrate my skin and it does make my face feels and look well moisturise.  There is slight brightening =) .

I do like this one which has lighter smell.  It doesn't really have strong smell or anything.  I do like that it really moisturise and reduce the redness of my skin while providing enough moisture.

The essence is a lot. this mask has strong smell of floral +plus some other weird smell.  Skin does look more moisturise and softer the next day.






Their mask sheets are really thin for those who love thin sheet masks =) .  It has a lot of essence left so you can do another sheet mask with it the next day or apply it all over your neck.  Overall, I think it is an affordable mask which is comparable to some Taiwanese masks =) .  As for the smell, each mask smells differently according to the ingredients. =) . Some smell very strong while others have very light smell.  The smells also depends on the types-some are smell of strong floral, some has no smell, some smell of sweet berries.   Those with floral ones tend to smell strong.


My favourite from all these range is the Beauty Triple hyaluronic acid ones as there is no strong scent to it and they are moisturising.

Second one that I like is the bird nest as it smell of berries.
Third place will be the loofah&aloe vera as the essence was thicker compared to other masks but I don't fancy strong smell of cucumber.





Ps: I hard a time translating the ingredients.  No, google translate doesn't help as the translation they give are just wrong and weird. For examples it called 'berries' as 'jam'  which is the direct translation of the ingredients which is totally wrong.  I had to 'guess most of the ingredients so that was the closest I could get for the ingredients list because I am illiterate in my own native language.  I had to ask someone and it turns out that the words are all in traditional words which again is much harder to translate T_T  .  So, do understand that I can't do more than two detailed reviews for the sheet masks. Don't murder me T_T .
