How to use:
Apply directly on lips with the attached applicator.

Recommendation:
For warm skin tone, use 01 Formal Beige as a base color and mix 08 Maximal Red as a point color.
For cool skin tone, pair 02 Minimal Pink with 07 Chick Burgundy as a point color.

Packaging: Beautiful transparent box with details in Korean language.  The frosted plastic tube is beautiful with clear transparent top.  It has doe foot applicator for tint application.  The colour is at the bottom of the tube with English words.

This glossy tint has many emollient and humectant that are able to keep lips moisturised, soft and smooth.  

Examples are Diisostearyl Malate, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2 and squalene.

Texture: It has the scent of cough syrup which doesn't linger or stay.   It is very hydrating, doesn't settle into creases and colour does not stick to face mask.  Neo Scarlet is a brilliant red colour on the advertisement.  To get the same results, I just need one thick layers of gloss tint and take photos with strong light.  On natural lighting and with a very light layer, the results is watery vermillion which is very beautiful and look like my lips but better.  After I wipe it off, the tint is tone down to muted orange red.  It does last long(8hours) if you don't eat anything oily but if you eat often oily food like me, it is lesser.

Review: I enjoy using this gloss tint since it feels very comfortable without any sticky feeling at all, tint my lips and does have the gloss look on my lips.  It makes my lips look plump and better.

Overall: A comfortable beautiful hydrating glossy tint that I will recommend.
