REVIEW ON ANUA HEARTLEAF 77% SOOTHING TONER

Hi beautiful,

I am a sucker when it comes to skincare products that promised gentle clearing acne.  So, here I went to get this Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner  after all that rave in the beauty community.

That is how I ended up with so many toners that some I made into mist for easy application.

Contains 77% Heartleaf Extract, which soothes the skin and reduces inflamation

How to use:
After cleansing, apply an adequate amount on the skin or cotton pad then pat lightly to let your skin absorb the toner.

Suitable Skin Types: All skin types but highly recommended for sensitive skin.

Packaging: It comes in a simple design box with Korean and English.  The transparent bottle is nice and easy to dispense the liquid.

Houttuynia Cordata Extract (77%), Water, 1,2-Hexanediol, Glycerin, Betaine, Panthenol, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Butylene Glycol, Vitex Agnus Castus Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Arctium Lappa Root Extract, Phellinus Linteus Extract, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Extract, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Isopentyldiol, Methylpropanediol, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Tromethamine, Disodium EDTA

Paraben free, sulfate free, alcohol free, Eu allergen free, silicone free and fungal-acne safe (malassezia). 

This toner uses Houttuynia Cordata Extract which is anti inflammatory and has antimicrobacterial which is good for acne prone sensitive skin.

The other plant ingredients such as grape, apple, centella, purslane, mushroom and burdock contains anti inflammatory, antifungal and soothing properties which are suitable for sensitive, redness and acne prone skin.

The other ingredients are for hydration and preservatives. 

Texture&scent: It is watery liquid that absorbs really easily into skin and scentless.

Review: I use it with cotton pads and without. I tried layering 7 times and it is light for my combination skin so I do use a moisturiser for it.  Personally I prefer with cotton pads to tap more hydration into skin.  It is soothing, reduces redness and reduces the amount of breakouts.  Since it is fungal safe, I feels safe to use it because I have fungal acne issue.  It does sting a bit on fresh wound but nothing bad about it.  It doesn't irritate my skin, doesn't cause clogged pores or make it red which is great.  I do use it with my other acne treatment.

Overall: It is a great gentle toner for acne prone skin combination skin type.
