Saltwater contains minerals, such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium that can help with skin condition such as eczema and psoriasis since it has antibacterial properties. 

It does contain ceramides, allantoin , xylitol  arginine, betaineand vitamin e which are good for hydration.

It does contain fragrances and lavender oil
niacinamide are good for brightening and oil control.

Texture: The thin sheet mask is soft and fit my face very well.  The new fit has the forehead length increased and cheeks reduce in length.  The watery liquid absorbs into my skin well without stickiness. I could wear it for 25minutes before it starts drying up.  It has faint scent of powdery floral that disappeared after I removed the mask.
Review: It is hydrating and makes my face soft.  It does plump up my face, temporary reduce fine lines and makes my skin looks brighter.  It is a good mask to use before makeup for more long lasting makeup.  Since it contains vitamin E, it does help with anti aging if used often (weekly) .
Overall:A good gentle hydrating sheet mask with sea water.
