FOOD REVIEW ON MINCHER SALTED YOLK PASTRY

Hi foodies,

I like salted yolk food items especially salted yolk fried chicken.  So when I saw this at the isle for Taiwanese snacks, I got it along with some food items which I already ate them all up. 😆

So here is the Mincher Salted Yolk Pastry from Taiwan.

Finely layered cripsy cookies, rich eggy flavor

Packaging: Very nice cute matte packaging.  Inside are individual packaging of 12 pieces.  It has everything written in Chinese and English.
Anyway, I don't see Halal chop on it so not sure if it is safe for Muslim.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, palm oil, sugar, salted yolk, flavor, salt

The ingredients are the usual ingredients for baking.  It is vegetarians.

Review:   The pastry comes in one individual bite size.  I was able to get 2 bites from it.  The pastry is slight crispy for pastry.  It is not the crispiness coming from potato chips or the type with one bite, the pastry will break into many pieces.  It does have slight scent of egg yolk.  It is not too sweet.

Overall: Mincher Salted Yolk Pastry is an okay salted yolk pastry.  Taiwanese pastry tend to be a bit more tone down compare to the one from Hong Kong and Malaysia.
