Pimples patches is one of the essential products for acne prone skin. More brands are coming out with better and more innovative pimple patches nowadays. Here is a review on Cosrx AC collection acne patch.

The AC Collection Acne Patch is an oval shaped, highly adhesive acne patch suitable for covering several acne spots at once. Calm inflammation in acne, reduce chances of scarring and fight pimples before they fully form. Coming in three different sizes, these patches are perfect for use on face acne or even acne on the body. The patches ensure strong adhesion, thinner border which better adhere to the curves of the face.
Usage:
1. Cleanse skin around the troubled spot and pat dry.
2. Select a bigger size patch than the spot.
3. Attach the patch to dry, clean skin.
Cosrx Master patches and Clear fit Ingredients:
Cellulose gum, Styrene Isoprene Styrene Block Copolymer, Polysobutylene, Petroleum Resin, Polyurethane Film, Liquid Paraffin, Tetrakis Methane
The AC Collection Acne Patch Ingredients:
carboxymethylcellulose sodium, polyisobutene, rosin, polybutene, mineral oil, centella asiatica, polyurethane film.
Cosrx Ac collection acne patch comes inside a box with two pieces of sterile packaging inside. I just feel that there isn’t a need for a box. Anyway, I got this because I am curious if it works like other Cosrx acne patches.
There are three sizes of hydrocolloid acne patches inside. The small and medium is in the same pieces while the large is in a piece on its own. The patches come in oval shape and it looks just like the Cosrx clear fit where it will turn cloudy and become visible after few hours of wear. You can wear the patches under full coverage makeup but not possible at jaw area unless you snip a little. The patch does adhere to the skin well.
Small 9X13mm
Medium 11X16mm
Large 15X23mm
As for the ingredients, it is the same with their cosrx clear fit except for the added centella asiatica and rosin.
For results, it does work on whiteheads and to protect the area. As usual with other acne patches, it does not work with cystic acne. It does reduce the size of the inflammation but does not get rid of it. For pimples that has inflammation inside the pimples, it doesn’t heal unless the hard pus got removed.
Overall, Cosrx Ac collection acne patch is slightly better than Cosrx clear fit master patch in terms of size, one added ingredients and the price. I do like it but it is not enough on its own to get rid of acne.
