Gone are the days where removing waterproof makeup is an oily process. With innovation in beauty products, Micellar water came into the beauty world with the power of magical water. (I don't mean it as drinking plain water)
Micellar water actually contains special molecules that attract all the dirt from the skin without having the sticky feeling of oil cleanser. It is sure a makeup remover for those that dislikes oil or just want the feeling of water on the skin.

The ingredients are Water, hyaluronic acid, aloe extract Grapefruit Extract, Lemon Extract, Jujube Extract, Apple Extract, Orange Extract, Lime Extract, Coix Seed Extract, Cuneata Fruit Extract and Aloe Extract.
Anyone with allergic with hyaluronic acid should probably avoid this but then you can always follow up with another cleanser to remove it.
I usually treat micellar water as gentle makeup remover.

I hope it doesn't shocked you that having eyeliner and eyebrow does make a difference in the size of my eyes.
I find that the cleansing lotion is not drying to skin. As for whether it removes waterproof makeup, I will say it is harder as you need to soak the micellar water and place it at the waterproof makeup for a while before wiping few times. I am talking about the purple eyeliner that won't budge or fade the whole day.
There is some sort of chlorine smell to it. It is not strong but may not be enjoyable to some. I wash of with a second cleanser because there is some sort of film if I leave it on my face.
Overall, a affordable cleansing water that won't break the bank especially for those who use makeup.
I wouldn't suggest one to just use it on its own.
