Application is easy because of the tip.  Just press the tube and the lipbalm will come out.  The lipbalm has yellowish transparent waxy gel.  There is smell of bubblegum.  One only need a little for the lips.  It does moisturise my lip and feel minty because of the menthol ingredients in it.  However, I am not sure about other beneficial effect that I can see from using it for a week. After all, our lips doesn't have oil gland that makes it prone to acne.

MAC is a well known cosmetics brand for their wide range of cosmetics.  It is a brand that appeals to many makeup artists as well as other walks of life.  There is even 'fake' MAC in the internet and that means the brand must be good enough for someone to copy it.  As people say, "imitation is a form of flattery".

So, MAC came out with mineralize range of cosmetics and one of it is their mineralize rich lipstick which has beautiful range of colours.  Here is my view on their mineralize rich lipstick in pink vibrations.

The bullet comes in such beautiful elegant bullet which really make it worth while to get. It has magnetic closure which is really something unique.

The part that house the lipstick is true glossy black and the other one is matte black. No pearl shimmer on the lipstick's case.

Beautiful colour right?  I think this "Pink Vibrations" colour is either sold out since I don't see it in the online shop anymore.

Mineralize lipsticks are bigger but are a bit shorter compared to their usual bullet so you will for sure finish this faster than the other type of lipsticks.

Original MAC lipstick is actually heavy and has good quality casing.  The colour of the casing doesn't fade. The lipstick also has a nice faint vanilla smell.  Besides, the colours are really pigmented and beautiful with just one swatch.  Fake ones doesn't have some of those features and normally smell bad.

The colour is really beautiful, lightweight, non sticky and it is more moisturising on my lips than any other MAC lipstick.  The vibrant colour doesn't fade and it feels like a moisturising tint than a lipstick.  I don't even need to use lipbalm when I am using this lipstick.  Don't worry about the vibrant shocking pink colour as it actually looks natural when you apply it on the lips!  I am in love with the colour!

There is a little subtle shimmer but you can't see it on the photo.  If you are new to MAC lipstick and want to find something hydrating on the lips, MAC mineralize rich lipstick is highly recommended!


Products retails at RM92 for 3.6g at MAC outlet or their online shop.  It is no longer sold in the market as this is a limited edition.

The lip balm is really hydrating. One of two layer is enough to hydrate my lips.  It is also easy to apply and I don't have to pout my lips to apply lip balm.  It is so cute to bring it around and it looks good to keep inside the cosmetics bag as it has the screw kind of lid so that the cap will not accidentally come loose inside the bag.

WHAT IS IN MY MAKEUP BAG?

Hi, I think I am just going to share what I have in makeup bag for a change.  If you are interested in what I have in my makeup bag, read on.

This is a bag from the beauty bag in Malaysia.  Bag of love is one of the beauty boxes in Malaysia.  I don't know what happened to others but this Bag of love is sure love by others.  Mimi, the founder came out with new design every subscriptions.  I like this edition of bag for the simple design.  I am not much of a frilly person.

Here are the products that I have in my makeup bag.  Here are some of the products that I am currently using.  What I have in the makeup bag changes from time to time but the essentials are still the same.  I need tissues to blot my oil, face mist or carbonated water, lip products(it can be any since girls have lots of lip products) , eyebrow pencil and powder.

I don't carry BB or CC cream because I don't like using my fingers to apply.  I have lack of skills and only sponge works for me.  So, I can't never understand how others are able to have flawless makeup using fingers or brush because those just don't work for me now.

My lips crack all the times so it is a must for me to carry lipbalm because it is not nice to be seen with dry lips.  I also have carbonated water or mist in the bag because when it is hot and I just need something to spray on.

Sorry to disappoint you because I sure don't carry my whole lots of makeup bag to work because for me my bag has to be as light as possible because I am just not use to do my makeup in the toilet.  The must items for me even on days when I look so sick are bright lips products and eyebrow pencil.  These two are must items.  I take lots of time to draw eyeliner and put on foundation so usually I skip those if I am short of time in the morning.


I have review some of the products and some I haven't.  There is no specific reasons I haven't review them yet but if you want me to review them, let me know.

Here is one good affordable lip crayon that has 8 colours that will sure rock your boat =).

The simple and light packaging is really handy for travelling. The lip crayon has soft glossy finish which is really creamy and hydrating to the lips. The colours are really vibrant, pigmented and provide one full coverage with just one swipe. It is also really soft on the lips.

I am not sure about the kiss proof but it does stained the cup.  It will probably work out better if you let it dry down first or bloat it first and apply a second layer.  The colour doesn't fade if you don't eat anything.  I don't mind about colour fading since it feels light on my lips and don't dry my lips.

My lips chapped easily so I always make sure to bring lip balm everywhere I go.  This Mentholatum lip pure is fragrance free and there is not taste of anything.  If you lick it, it is plain taste of paper.  It is not bad in hydrating as my lips is sure hydrated and feel more supple compare to not applying anything at all.  It will not turn the lips to another colour so I can also use it at night .

Korean tints are available in many forms and you will love it even if you are not hit by the Korean wave.  I particularly love tints because it doesn't cause my lips to chaps even when my lips are already looking like tree barks.  My lips are just so dry that even Vaseline can’t help much.

01 In Love

01 In love is nude light orange.  I would suggest one to use this as the lip concealer as it would works great to compliment other colour.

02 Blooming

I love this colour the most since it is bright cherry pink as it compliments my complexion without looking too obvious.  I am just into bright colour this and this makes me look cheerful too.

03 Blissful

03 Blissful is orange pink which is a everyday colour that will suit most people.  It gave one a hint of colours without being too obvious.  This is a colour that is suitable for most people regardless of age.

04 Sexy

04 Sexy is a muted pale pink which can compliment all skin tones.  As it is not too bright, this would work for everyday make up. This is suitable for make up with smokey eyes too.

05 Groovy

Groovy is a bright plum colour and it looks like deep purple on my lips actually.  Personally not my favourite colour for daily use but definitely great if for cosplay makeup as evil queen.

06 Wild

06 Wild is just like the name itself which show a wild side of a girl. The texture is very much just like tint. The colour is actually very bright blood red. I think it is most suitable for vampire kind of makeup especially for Halloween or Snow White's red lips.  This is certainly a colour that all women should have in their lipstick collection.  Among all the colours, I find this is the one lasted through the day on my lips.

The lipgloss is very pigmented and waterproof. It won't budged even when I rub it off my lips with tissues.


Personally, I find that all the lip colours are very long lasting and the colour sure did not fade one bit by the end of the day. I don't need to retouch the lipstick colour the whole day if you are just drinking since it doesn't transfer to glass. The colour doesn't stain the cup so do not need to worry about the stains or eating the lipgloss into our stomach. The colour only disappear a little after eating. There are also variety of the colour so I am sure that you would find the colour that you like. Besides, the colour is sure very bright, pigmented and I love them very much. This is sure handy when you are looking for long lasting lip colours since these lip colours are very pigmented and on a budget.


It is only RM25 and I think the price is much lower than most long lasting lipgloss, stain and lipstick.



Tips:Make sure that you apply it on a dry lips or else the stain resistant feature wouldn't work. One thing about stain proof makeup is cleaning it so I would suggest to use oil based makeup remover or petroleum jelly. Normal cleanser might not be able to clean it.
